Lumbar lifts up your back, does not recline far enough. Very uncomfortable. Cannot lay down for more than 10 min. It only looks nice.

We have quite an investment in our home theater in both audio and video. This Oslo XL was the missing piece! It is EXTREMELY comfortable and we really like the slightly higher elevation for the seats relative to a standard sofa/couch. Everything functions properly as advertised, and it blends in very nicely with our dueling black pianos. Next up is a few of their accessories that have a nicely integrated feature built into the arms of the Oslo XL to receive them and capture them securely. I actually found Valencia seating from my daughter that purchased the non-XL version. She loves hers as well! My wife is usually hard to get buy-in on items like this, but even she admitted once we assembled it (which was extremely easy), that it looks great in our home. Compared to other standard sofas and loveseats that we have purchased in the past, the pricing is actually quite reasonable when you consider all of the powered amenities. If you are reading this, then you are already considering this purchase I presume. You won't regret pulling the trigger on this purchase!

The chairs were high quality and easy to assemble. Customer service was excellent! Shipping was a challenge only because the local company used a full size tractor trailer. Nothing but superior ratings though for Taylor and the product.

I purchased the XL loveseat. It comes in two boxes, but is easy to assemble. You just need to put the chair backs in their slots, and then lock the two seats together. The loveseat is beautifully made, and very comfortable. The chairs recline, and the lumbar support and headrest are also adjustable. The armrests have deep compartments in the to store things, and there are USB ports near the chair controls. Delivery was quick and easy.

Loved the look and quality. The only thing I didn't like is you sit high on the seat instead of setting lower in the seat. Takes time to get use to it

We just got our Valencia Oslo XL Console Home Theater Seating and we love it. My wife and I had been looking for awhile and we are so glade we picked Valencia. The quality is way better than anything we could find locally. Already planning to save for the love seats next.
