From start to finish my experience with this theatre seating has been great. The chairs arrived quickly and on time. Moving the chairs from my garage to my basement wasn’t too much of a hassle and assembly was simple. Everything works exactly as advertised and the chairs themselves are a very comfortable. A huge upgrade from the old loveseat that used to occupy their spot. Will definitely buy another set as soon as I can.

I didn't want to make such a big purchase without sitting on them first but I've had them on my list for over a year, read all the reviews and decided to gather my faith and place the order. Three large boxes arrived by truck with a lift gate. I got them in the house and unpacked the first chair and assembled the back with the base which is really all that needs to be assembled. I was doing this alone and struggled a bit trying to get the back aligned with the brackets it slides on but with a second person it would be a breeze. After the backs of all three modules were in place, I connected the modules together which involved aligning the pegs with the ratcheting clamps that hold them together. Assembly was very simple.These chairs are extremely comfortable!The leather quality is good, the firmness is great it is nice and firm but not hard and feels like it will last a long time. The power recline, lumbar and headrest operate quickly and smoothly.I would recommend these chairs to anyone looking for a comfortable loveseat/recliner that are great for a home theater or the living room.

I haven't posted a review of these seats for awhile because I wanted to try them out for several months. They are Awesome to say the least! I purchased the black leather. They have lumbar support which works extremely well if you have backaches, which I do at times. They are lighted underneath for floor and have cup holders and very comfortable. The USB and power outlets are a great addition as well. You can charge your phone plus plug in a speaker while sitting watching TV. I love everything about them and would highly recommend them due to the durability and ease of function. They have an insert area to add a swing out table for a laptop or food tray which is really nice. The leather has held up very well so far. I did have to purchase seat covers separately because the leather is cold in the winter, but that was expected with leather. The delivery was curbside, so we had to meet the delivery driver at the top of our driveway, but no problem we had a trailer and loading dolly at the ready. Once inside the house, the set up was simple and we have been very pleased and they are beautiful in our living room. The picture shown is exactly correct. We are very pleased with this purchase, well worth the money spent for years to come!

All the positive reviews are what ultimately convinced me to pull the trigger on this couch and loveseat set. The reviews are well earned. Yes they are not cheap but....after researching for literally months and seeing such mixed reviews on other brands I decided to take a chance and spend the money. The old saying "you get what you pay for" applies here. First the ordering experience through Amazon was seemless. I was contacted very promptly by Valencia who walked me through the entire shipping and delivery process. They answered all my questions and everything went just as they described. I was notified when the product shipped from the warehouse which is coast to coast delivery in my case. The product arrived at the local delivery service on time and i was contacted to set up my delivery time. I was given a time slot on the day I selected and the team showed up on-time. They were extememly professional and my product arrived without any damage. The set up was fairly straight forward allthough the boxes are not light so I highly recommend having at least 2 adults that have a bit of sttrength to get these set up. The furniture is so much nicer in real life than in the photos. They are extremly comfortable even now and assume they will be even more comfortable when they get some use. The quality is evedent right out of the box. We'll see how they hold up with time but for now we are so very pleased with our purchase.

Valencia Theatre Seating was a great experience. From ordering to delivery, setup and communications with a representative were flawless. Setup was easy thanks to numerous videos. Delivery was surprisingly fast as their warehouse is in Burlington, ON. Pricing was very inviting as opposed to other online furniture sites. We are totally satisfied with our new recliners.

The theatre chair was beautiful and easy to set it up. I have one chair some minor scratch and they replaced it quickly delivered. They responded to my concern right away.

Amazing theater seats. Best quality imaginable does not disappoint! As advertised, these are the ones you want. Am 6’1 220+ lb, and they are still a good fit. Settled, my heels usually hang off the footrest, barely. any bigger you’ll need to consider the xl ones. Not too cushy, not too firm. If you want super plush comfort maybe look at something cheaper, and cloth that won’t last as long. This is a more durable, heavy duty leather with big firm moulded cushions. Should provide years of enjoyment. You can also add some small pillows for perfect settling. I opted for the 3 seater with the middle that folds down it makes a great sturdy study station, and also provides a sizable area for snacks etc. the middle seat does not have the recline/lumbar/head features of the other two seats, and is a more firm seat. this is a reasonable compromise for the utility of the side seats, and is easily made comparable by supplementing a foldable footrest which would easily tuck behind the set, and the wall. It reclines almost completely by only leaving 6 ft inbetween the wall. I feel it saves space both in the footprint it takes up (i had a bigger couch), and in it’s storage compartments. I was able to get rid of my coffee table. Most importantly, it brings my family closer together, I have a 6 y/o, and the stable middle seat is perfect for him to romp between his mom and I during a movie. When you have a couch, it’s just not the same setup. We put an 83” tv over the fireplace, and spend all of our free time on this in the living room. It’s the nicest piece of furniture I’ve ever had. Happy for the Valencia to be a part of our family!
