I received the leather love seats. Experience was overall positive. I received a call from the supplier detailing instructions on delivery and how to care for the product. Package came without incident and was not damaged, I got messages allowing me to know when it was coming so I could pick it up. Overall, the seats are really nice looking and high quality. Everything works well and setup was fairly easy. My only complaint is I find the seats not to be terribly soft or comfortable. I have seven other older seats that are far less expensive and are actually may more comfortable to lay on. The seats are actually really hard not soft. I suspect over time they will likely soften up with some ware. But that is the reason why I am providing four starts instead of five.

I've never been happy since 2006 with our house family room/home theatre setup. Throughout the years I've always had the home audio and video setup and working beautiful, but the sitting arranges were less than desirable. The couches were always too big for the living space and seemed cluttered. Fast forward to 2024 and I finally decided to do something about it. The one thing I was looking for is that I needed four recliners since everyone is now used to them from our previous couch and sofa set setup. While researching recliner couches, I came across theatre seating. Back in 2018 when we bought our couch and loveseat set, my son and I checked out this theatre chair setup and said we should get these instead and everyone laughed. Well, nobody is laughing now.I did a lot of research, and I kept coming back to Valencia's Verona Home Theater Seating. By the end of my research, I was down to two models. I asked my daughter which ones she liked, and she said the Valencia's. Back in my mind I had to agree. I liked the style that they don't look like theater/gaming chairs. They look a little more elegant for a family room/home theatre set up. As mentioned, the space is small, and I liked that these were not so large. With the great reviews and an outstanding price, I decided to order them.I could not be any happier with my purchase! Right from the time I ordered them, I received multiple messages from the company's customer service with information on logistics on shipping, when it was shipped and what to do when we received them. I also received messages with links on assembling the chairs, etc. The shipping was extremely fast for a large order, and I received them earlier than expected. The boxes were not damaged and in perfect condition. I could not say any more about their customer service except they really must care about their customers to take some much time in informing them with the progress of the order. I should also give the company kudos for the shipping company they chose since they arrived in perfect condition.The boxes are heavy, but I was able to get them to the family room and unpack them myself. They were easy to unpack with one person if you take your time. They were packaged perfectly with no damage. What minimal parts that are included, which is the power cord was in each console. Assembly was such a breeze. You just install the backrest into the base then install the power cord and you are done. One of the best things is the brackets to put them together when you have a set. They were already installed and just and to push and click them together, which is much better than just hinge brackets. I was really surprised how well everything was packed, not missing any items and how easy and quick it was to assemble.The quality is top notch! These chairs are built to last because you can tell by the frames of the chairs. The quality of the leather is soft, but thick and durable, which is good when you have seven cats. Here is hoping the specially treated leather that should make it scratch-proof holds true. Right now, the leather is comfortable, but I know it will soften up and break in soon. The cushioning is firm enough for long movie nights, which will be tested during this Halloween season. The motorized seat and headrest are extremely quiet. One thing I love about these chairs is that you only need an inch from the back to have it fully reclined. This is because the whole seat moves forward when reclining. This is where the headrest comes in handy since it can move your head forward for when you want to really recline. The cup holders are nice, and they are removable! Score on that for easy cleaning. The hidden arm storages are extremely deep. Right away I put my remotes in one of them and it feels they are over a foot down in the storage. The blue lights are cute. I like the blue, but last night I did turn mine off while watching a show.Where for the past few weeks, I've had problem with receiving orders that were not as described on the website, to receiving them damaged. Where technology hasn't been the best around the house. It is a breath fresh of air to finally have an order from start to finish to be nothing but perfection. These look better than I imagined them in my house and the fit is perfect. I cannot highly recommend these chairs enough for the high quality and price!

I have had this recliner for over a year now. The power recliner and power headrest allow you to fine tune your position. However, I placed a couple 2 inch pieces of wood under the front portion of the legs in order to give the whole thing more of a reclined angle. The chair is fairly stiff, especially the head rest area, even after a year. It could do with additional padding. The USB charging port stopped working after a year.

Very comfortable and classy in our small basement! Creating a great theatre atmosphere! My 6’5 son finds them as comfortable as me at 5’6!!! Great customer support too!!The automatic headrests are a great added comfort feature!

Nearly everything about these chairs is amazing. They took less than 15 minutes total to assemble. The frames are very sturdy and the leather feels really nice. They look modern, but understated, and would fit into any home theater aesthetic. I chose this model due to the space-saver design, and I was concerned they might feel small, but I was wrong - I am 6' and 170 lbs and they actually feel very spacious. The power headrests are a game changer, and the accent lighting is really nice when you need to find your way back in the dark. I plan to build a platform and add a second row of these seats as soon as possible.The only down side I could find - and really, it is only a minor inconvenience - is that the power supplies do not daisy-chain. Each chair has a power brick that requires it's own outlet. My solution was a 3-port extension cable, run to a chair on the far end, then all three plugged in there. It is very easy to conceal all of the cables behind the leather flaps on the back of the chairs.And as for the seller, I would give them 6 stars if I could. Elunevision genuinely seems to care about their customers' satisfaction in a way that few other companies do. I had some shipping problems - strictly the fault of UPS freight - and my customer service representative, Anoosh, was an absolute life saver. She checked in with me every day and stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved, even though it wasn't their fault and they could have easily shifted blame to UPS. Hands down, this was the best experience I have ever had with a seller.

The leather is soft and comfortable. The motors are quite and have smooth operation. Overall I am very, very happy with these chairs. They are exactly what I hoped they would be.They can in two boxes and it was very easy to assemble. Good product all around. Would recommend to anyone else that wants top notch theater chairs.

I ordered these seats in May of 2020 as part of my dedicated home theater build-out (thanks COVID-19), after several weeks of looking up different options from various suppliers.The build quality is exceptional! The seats are very heavy and sturdy and there are no easily breakable parts in the construction. The leather is definitely of premium quality, very soft and comfortable to the touch but also durable. I've had to disassemble and reassemble the chairs multiple times while setting up the theater and the materials showed absolutely no sign of wear. Assembly is extremely easy as it consists of 2 pieces (base and backrest), and the two pieces just click together. Taking them apart is also easy and even though the instructions suggest 2 people to do it, one person can do it as easily. The seats also click together sideways for added support.One more very important thing about the build is that they're true to size (112in width) which was extremely important to me as I was working with some tough space constraints. The wall-hugging design makes room placement even easier.The configuration I purchased was the center loveseat one, as that will be my main configuration in the room. However, the shipment is basically 2 seats with armrest on the right, and 2 with left armrest, which allows you to set them up as center loveseat, loveseats on the sides, or 2 separate loveseats, making them much more versatile. The shipment will arrive as 4 huge boxes on 2 pallets and they're packaged really well, so there's no danger of damages in transport.The motorized parts are very silent, both the recline and headrest. The leather takes a bit of time to be broken into but once it is, it doesn't make any sound either. The recline and headrest together offer really every possible adjustment and it's always possible to find a comfortable position in them. The only other remark I have about the motorized parts is that after a certain point, the leg rest relies on the weight of your legs to balance out the seating part so if you lift your legs, the leg rest won't stay in position but move a bit up. For me, that's not a big deal at all.The design is really slick, and the blue LED cupholders and bottom lights look really nice in any room. The bottom lights are really bright if your legs are up, so if you're using the seats for a room with a projector you won't want to turn them on during the movie. Otherwise, they're great for finding your seat in a completely dark room. The armrests have a huge amount of storage (basically the entire armrest is hollow) which allows you to hide all remotes and everything. The cupholders are removable for easy cleaning. Each seat comes with a power cable and excess wire can be hidden under the backrest, so even from behind the seats look really nice.And finally, the customer service of the seller (EluneVision) is nothing short of amazing! When I ordered the seats Amazon said they would arrive between May 22n and June 9th, but shortly after I received a message from the seller asking for my contact number. Then I received a call from one of their representatives thanking me for my purchase and ensuring me that the order will arrive much earlier and that they'll update me with the progress and to let them know if there are any issues or questions, any day or time, on the phone number they provided. And they followed up, and made sure I received the order in time.Overall, this has been a really amazing experience, especially with such a large purchase and I couldn't be happier! I've recommended these seats already to others who are building out their home theaters.
