This bag should not be advertised as a trumpet bag. It is just a soft bag without any felt insert or padding for an instrument. There is a reason they do not show pictures of the inside of the bag - it would reveal the truth, which is that this is not a trumpet bag. I returned it and bought a trumpet bag from Sweetwater. Sweetwater has excellent customer service.
