Bought this brand for my Brother printer. I was happy with the packaging that included instructions for several brand name printers and models. Including instructions on how to reset the drum counter so there were no errors reported. Perfect fit and no problems what so ever. Proof was in the first printing. My first time using this brand. So far so good. I expect to have no future problems.

I've use this same toner before and my only complaint is the longevity. It works well, installs without difficulty but doesn't seem to last as long as expected.

I was excited by the good reviews about this generic Brother drum product and ignored the negative reviews. Oops, was I wrong. I was excited to get a cheap drum for my 8 year old brother printer that I hardly use. It arrived fine and no damage to box. I replaced the old drum with the new V4Ink drum and tried printing a one page document. It printed with a thick quarter inch black strip down the middle of the page, worst then the drum that I tried to replace. I put back the original factory drum and it printed fine with a few black dots on the border of the page. I looked at the V4Ink drum and sure enough there was toner suck on the drum roller where the black strip was. I might have received a bad Drum, but that is bad quality control. The V4Ink drum also felt cheaper made the original drum. The plastic feels flimsy and the rollers loose. I will try to clean my original drum and returning this V4Ink drum.

My Brother DCP-7040 was printing a grey hue for a while and I had hoped it simply needed a new drum rather than purchase a new printer. I was pleasantly surprised at the print quality after replacing both the drum and the toner. I thought it best to replace both parts and now my printer works like new. I've had my Brother printer for almost 7 years and I'm glad it's still running like a champ. I'm very pleased with this drum and toner set, especially since it's affordable compared to the overpriced OEM products, and my printer doesn't see to know the difference. Shh, it'll never know. :)

I have had a Brother HL-2140 laser printer for many years, and it has performed flawlessly. When the initial cartridge ran out, I researched how to refill it and bought toner powder to extend its life which I have done more than once. But recently, the printer started to produce spotted and streaked printing. I cleaned the drum as instructed in a YouTube video, but this did not solve the problem. I finally decided to try this replacement drum/toner combination. It works GREAT! I'll never fool around trying to load toner or clean the drum again. At this price, it is the best solution. I highly recommend.

V4INK New Brother DR360 Drum Unit and TN360 Toner Cartridge. Just install this and have only printed 2 test pages to make sure it works, and to compare with my original Brother Drum with Brother toner cartridge. So far, the print quality is perfect, so now it's just a question of whether they hold up. I will update my review if anything changes.I bought this because some TurboTax forms were messed up when printing. I would have normally bought genuine Brother parts but if this wasn't the problem, I didn't want to spend up to $200 to find out. For $24 for this combo, I could find out (great price!!). After ordering I discovered my printing problem was actually that I had an old version of Acrobat Reader that smeared some of the output. Updating to the latest s/w version fixed it. But, the new drum/cartridge were on their way so I'm trying them out.

I have bought several remanufactured toner and drum cartridges from many different places (not to mention new ones from the original manufacturer). The toner and drum I just purchased from V4INK is one of the best yet. I have paid lots more for just the toner alone before than I paid for the toner and drum both in this purchase. So far they are excellent. Even before I put them in my printer though, I was very impressed. The packaging was exceptional - better than when I've bought from the original manufacturer, even! The drum and toner were packed individually, encased not only in a sealed plastic bag, but each also encased in a high quality bubble protection. There was no toner residue - they were as clean as new. And surprisingly, they came with installation instructions. This shouldn't be a big deal, because I have replaced both toner and drum before, but never have I found instructions with the product outside of the original manufacturer. And what made this really unique - there were instructions on how to reset the drum counter so your printer could track the life of it (as happens when you replace it with new product from the original manufacturer). I have put up with that blinking drum light for thousands and thousands of copies. Now it's gone! I know longer have to guestimate how much longer it will last. And it was so simple! I have several printers and plan on looking at V4INK FIRST to purchase my consumables in the future.
