The quality of the printed pages dropped after printing only few hundred pages within only two months. The right side of printed pages are faded now. Lexmark MS621 printer. We changed the ink twice but no improvement. Finally figured out that it is due to the faulty imaging cartridge. They are probably bad quality refurbished products. Can't return it because it has been two months. Waiting for Amazon response since this shouldn't happen within two months.However Their customer service was great. They got back to me as soon as I complained and refunded the full amount Real business people and seems like they care. AppreciatedI therefore. Hanged my rating

I am surprised how much ink this toner has. I have been printing a lot these past few days and I haven’t run out of income this toner. The black is a true black and not some off color dark grey. The ink is basically instantly dry so I’m not worried about any smudging

It is a direct replacement for my Lexmark printer. My imaging unit on my printer is time to go so I got this to replace it. I have no issue replacing it. It works just like the original one. The printing quality is pretty good or even better than before.

Super faded on one half. Barely legible. Replaced with namebrand lexmark imaging unit and it printed perfectly. Only ordered this because it arrived in the morning and we couldn't get lexmark one here for 2 days.
