Make sure you know what you’re doing and practical sense. This heater no longer has a tip over safety feature, but I only use it on concrete floors.

This was a direct replacement (it was nearly identical) of a malfunctioning capillary thermostat. The water heater has had nothing but issues since new but this replacement thermostat saved the day (for now).
