Easy Operation:
Step 1: Solder the IC socket to the PCB circuit board.
Step 2: Insert the chip into the IC socket, finish.
The IC socket is the carrier between the chip and the PCB circuit board, the chip can be pulled and inserted directly without soldering to the PCB board.
Noted:
The spacing and line spacing of the connector holes must be the same as the spacing and line spacing of the chip pins.
Advantage:
When you need to install or replace the chip, directly remove the connection between the IC socket and chip, achieving the effect of saving IC cost and time.

The sockets are shipped loose in a relatively small box, but that allows them to move around a lot and damage each other.It wasn't too difficult to pick one without missing pins and straighten those that were bent. The product still worked and I used it when replacing an ICD.

Its now 6 days after placing my order, and it still has not left China. Had I know I would have to wait weeks for this, I would have selected another vendor. I've had uxcell items in the past and they have always been good quality, so I ordered these. So, if you want good quality and don't mind waiting weeks on end, this is a good deal. But if you need them within a month then pass on this one.

Pins are very flimsy, two out of the eight sockets came with pins severely bent, some broke off while I tried to strengthen them out so I had to throw them away. Even the rest of six sockets were not in good shape but managed to salvage them. Would not purchase these again.
