The item comes as components in one small box. I noticed some of the parts were a little damaged, I believe due to knocking against each other during shipping. It's nothing major, though. It's fairly easy to assemble. I found the middle shelf to be a little short height-wise. I'm using this in my home music room for my six Fender guitars, my effects boxes, and my Quilter TS10 amp. As you can see in my photo, the Quilter barely fits on the second shelf, and it is a very small amp.

It arrived with large, obvious dents in the foam covered bars, and - most frustratingly - not all the holes meant to be screwed together lined up properly. It took some bending and forcing on my end to get the thing fully assembled, but eventually I got there. Assembly took some time, but wasn't terrible until I got to a point where the two holes I was meant to screw a bolt through just didn't line up quite right. I had to use so much force to screw it in I thought the little included wrench thing would break in my hand. Then, almost to the end, there was another piece that wasn't lined up properly when it came to getting the shelf screwed in. Took me ages to get the shelves on, but finally, it was done.Once assembled, it'd a decently nice stand, if it weren't for the indents in the foam where you lean the guitars. For all the work it took me putting it together and the shoddy workmanship on the pieces, I don't think the thing is worth $70, but it will be nice to have. Can't give it high stars, but it's not the worst, and in the end I was able to get the whole thing together.

Works great for my limited space, i added extra foam cause the factory stuff is thin.

Easy to assemble, holds my six guitars very well. Shelves are used for amps and other assorted musical items. Love the color of the shelves, coordinates with other furniture in room. Good value; would buy again.
