Your cart is empty.Our Seamless 11x7 inch rectangular baking pan is a classic old fashioned sheet cake pan and the little sibling of our beloved 9x13 baking pan. Ideal for cakes, brownies, bar cookies, casseroles, hot dishes, and anything yummy you can think up (recipes using about 5 cups of batter). This pan is manufactured from aluminized steel which is a mix of steel for strength and durability and aluminum for superior heat conductivity. Cake pan is coated with our proprietary clear, silicone nonstick coating that is specially formulated for superior baking, easy release and even easier clean up. The unique corrugated surface provides air circulation all around, for better browning, more even baking, and perfect release. Please note, our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature, as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly.

I have quite a collection of USA pans that I use constantly, because they are the best for baking. They're very sturdy and easy to clean. This 11 x 7-Inch rectangular baking pan is a great addition to my collection, and will get put into service frequently.

I use a lot of USA Pan stuff--I mean a lot-- and this is my newest piece and I adore it. It's kind of a funky size and one I didn't know I'd need. It's 11 x 7, so pretty much the size of a piece of paper. I've been using it the way I do a sheet pan (It reminds me of a high sided sheet pan?!). It's been good for roasted veggies and a wee pasta dish I made. I'm going to bake in it over the holidays, but I like it as a utility player in my kitchen.
