I love these little pans. Some people may have mentioned rust. I don’t believe it’s submerged in water and I don’t put it in the dishwasher. It takes half a second to clean it. I wanted something that fits inside of my air fryer that would be chemical free, definitely not regular nonstick and not silicone. I bought a little tool to take it out of the air fryer when it’s hot. It’s very lightweight so the coding seems like it might be thin, but it works great. Perfect for my application. I store them right on top of my ceramic nonstick coated air fryer which is also amazing. Check out the last photo.

Ich backe gern Körnerbrotmischung, die nur mit Wasser angerührt wird. In meiner alten Backform blieb das fertige Brot, trotz guter Einfettung, kleben. Bei dieser Backform fällt es ohne zutun einfach heraus, einfach super.

Love, love, love this pan!! Cooks very even and most of the time, I don’t even flip the food during cooking. Wish I had had this years ago. Very easy to clean. Great buy!!

Blue diamond finish seems to hold up well and not stick. These pans hold true. Just the sizes I needed and they are doing their job well .

I was excited to find a sheet pan that was nonstick AND dishwasher safe! BUT evidently it's hard to keep the coating on when the crimper comes down to roll the edges. After the first trip to the dishwasher, brown oxide was dried on the outside of the pan... On the second trip to the dishwasher, right away I tilted the wet pan and ran that trapped water into a paper towel. BROWN. Rusty water is kinda gross. The coating works, but it's not inside the crimped edge. I've already bought more of these, so I'mma unwrap and wash a second one. Maybe it's just that these guys let their customers do their QA and some pans are fully coated, afterall.Update 6/21: Nope. They all rust in the dishwasher. I looked, under good light, at the back of the crimp. Looks like they spray on this coating after the sheet is stamped. I can just imagine the argument between engineering and production! Ah well... these go back.Update 7/11: on second thought, these suck less than aluminum for cleaning. I guess they couldn't say "almost dishwasher safe" or "not as bad as aluminum" but it'd cost twice as much if they really were fully coated, so... meh... Another beguiling compromise.
