This is a well made and solid steel pan that cleans up easily. The product performed well in the oven and did not bend or distort due to the oven temperature. The cake batter baked evenly in the pan. There were no hot spots noted. This is a satisfactory purchase.

I use stainless steel for baking whenever possible as it doesn’t rust, get too hot or have a potentially toxic non stick coating that will eventually degrade and require replacement.I have never had to replace a stainless steel pan so I was happy to find this 8x8 pan and have already made brownies and a pasta dish for 2 in it.Works great.
