The outside rolled edges of the top of the pan is *barely* 6”. The inside of the bottom of the pan is 5.25”. The pan itself is high quality metal.

Yorkshire pudding in a pan is a family favorite and we have large pans for family service but we needed a small pan for Yorkshire pudding for a small group. These small pans are perfect for 1/3 of a full recipe. We tried one and it worked perfectly.
