These aluminum pans are awesome. My old on was over 30 years old, time for new one! I have tried glass, nonstick but they do not cook the same. These are wonderful! This one is the best it’s slightly smaller than 9x13 which is best for down sized cake mixes. Cooks evenly and does not burn bottom of cake. And made in the USA!

I have probably use this cake pan about 10 times and have never had a cake stick to it. I spray it with baking spray as directed . A box cake fits in it very well and the lid keeps it fresh. I have a plastic cake server from my old cake pan and that is the only thing that I use to cut my cake and serve it so I don’t have to worry about scratches. It’s easy to wash, I hand wash it and let it air dry. It’s rare that I use my dishwasher so I can’t let you know how that would work out.Yes, I highly recommend this brand of bakeware. In fact, I have cookie sheets also and I love them!

Klasse verarbeitet.

I really love this cake pan for baking brownies and cakes. It doesn't rust since it's not steel and things bake really well in it! I especially love the lid it comes with as I can easily access what I've made on the counter without needing to fiddle with plastic wrap.

There has not been a more disappointing product that is known publicly great that I have ever purchased.I bake often using regular non-stick pans. I bought 7 of these nordic ware pans of different depths and sizes to replace the cheap non-stick ones I used to use. They arrived and looked nice and thick. Some websites say they are natural non-stick and others say to use paper and lubricate at the very least. I tried all and they definitely stick with nothing on them. I tore into the aluminum just to remove the stuck on batter that I would have no issues dissolving with water on my cheap pans before. But that’s a minor issue although annoying. The real disaster is baking. Especially with the deeper pans. I had to throw out everything I know about baking times. They are now double the time on almost everything. I wasting more energy running the stove and that is on top of the cost of these expensive pans that add nothing to the baking experience. The thick alumni actually inhibits the contents from cooking. I would add an hour to cook times and my goods would drier as a result. There are no instructions on the pans or on the website about how to use these and that they are different than regular pans. How are these rated so good. They are all terrible. All 7 I bought. They scratch so so easily and they take longer to cook. What’s the point or benefit of these in practice. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong. Perhaps there is a proper way to bake with these, but I use Pyrex, nonstick aluminum and even cast iron and they all need about the same time. If these were totally different to what peopleAre used to you’d think they would give info somewhere on the net or some forum. But nothing. I returned all 7. End of story. I’ll stick to what I know.
