This nifty little axle saddle fits right on your hydraulic bottle jack and holds your axle tube while you jack up the axle with this lift pad. The product has a patented design for lifting an axle with a bottle jack. It just slips on and doesn't require any welding! This is the perfect automotive tool to keep in your vehicle when using a bottle jack on an axle. This bottle jack axle bracket will help lift a vehicle from the axle more securely rather than putting just the bottle jack pad on the axle. Will hug and cradle axles up to 3 inch tubes. As you can see in the pictures, the design is compact and lightweight; it only weighs 1 pound 9 ounces! The saddle is made from 1/4" steel and the assembly sits on any bottle jack that has a 1.5" lifting platform or smaller. It will likely work with any 12 ton bottle jack but measure your lifting platform to confirm that it will work with our product. Smaller bottle jack lifting pads will work, but there will be space between the jack and the tube and it will have to be centered, it's ideal to have the lifting pad as close to 1.5 inches in diameter as possible for a better fit. After comparing several other similar products I chose this one.As it turns out this was a great choice as it is heavy duty and well finished and fits my 10 ton bottle jack like a glove. I believe this bottle jack buddy will outlast many bottle jacks. Very satisfied and highly recommended ! AFB

Bought this for my 10 ton bottle jack I carry on my travel trailer, unfortunately the bottle jack pad diameter is too small for the saddle, resolved this by using a pvc pipe adapter 1 1/2" to 1 1/4", just grind down the threads slightly so it fits snugly in the saddle and use a 2x4 or rubber hammer to tap it in. Perfect fit

This is a very well built product and works great. RV manufacturers and RV axle manufacturers will tell you to only jack your RV by the frame. Here is why this product is your solution: No one is hauling around a jack with enough blocking to safely reach any RV frame. Especially if you're broken down on the side of a highway. This product allows you to jack your RV under the axles (staying as close to the leaf shackles as possible), with minimum blocking needed.This product distributes the jacking contact area across the most surface area of the axle housing.The price is a bit steep for what you're buying but it is a beefy and well built product.

It's a little expensive but if we don't keep manufacturing jobs onshore then we won't be able to buy even the things that are made in Communist China! That rant aside, the Buddy is a well-engineered, well-made unit that makes jacking a vehicle up much safer. And it is small enough to store with the jacking equipment already supplied with my 4Runner. The only downside is that they did not include any bling; an old man needs his bling. I need the sticker that says: "Don't go... without your buddy."

Solid build quality but like some reviews mentioned, the inner weld is a little bulky and needed to be ground down a bit to fit the bottle jack size stated in the specs.

Solid built, a little smaller than I expected (I forgot to read the product dimensions) but this should serve you well in its intended purpose. The only criticism that I have is then edges need to be deburred, its difficult to see the photos I have posted but the edges have burrs on them. The the paint is so thick it keeps the edges from being very sharp, otherwise you would get a nasty cut. They could spent about 30 seconds with a file or disc grinder and solve this problem.This is a well made product and I would trust it as long as its used for its intended purpose.

Works as intended, definitely made jacking the RV more secure, make sure you have a bottle jack that has the correct size top to fit the buddy. Only issue was the price but over all satisfied.

Product as described and fits well on 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Paired with Husky 12 ton bottle jack for perfect combo. (Will not fit Husky 20 ton). Product is well constructed, paint finish is top notch. Quality is amazing. Great attachment for extra protection on axles. (I added the Rubber Protector to test fitment, items does not come with rubber protector). Seller shipped item extremely fast!
