Liked that you cann adjust the tightness of the latch to the ball to minimize looseness and rattling. Had to drill the lock pin opening to get my paddlelock to go thru

Bought this for a boat. Very good built quality very heavy duty functionality was wonderful. The fit of course was perfect. Great value for the money. Couldn’t be more happier with my purchase. The ease of installation was you have to find a welder to weld it on the lime. It was really easy to do when she got it welded on correctly. Good product very heavy duty like I said, couldn’t be more happier with my purchase.

Fits the frame good. Was too tight to go on the ball. Pulled it apart, adjusted and lubed the latch. Works well now.

Save your money! They should send a hamer with it.You have to beat the leaver down and then it will fit my 2 in ballRead the reviews, I tried to lube and adjust but still need a hammer.Putting it in the garbage can and will buy curtis.So sad they can sell junk like this..

I recently purchase a nice little boat and trailer. After looking it over I decided to look for a new receiver for the trailer. It was a little rusty, and the reciever mechanism to accept the 2 inch ball was a little loose so off to Amazon to the rescue. They all looked about the same except for price. Most of them were about $20,and all of them were made of the same material. After looking around at several of them I was surprised to find one that cost only $13. Not a hugh savings, but $6 or $7 is $6 or $7 in my pocket. Then I started over thinking this can't be as good as the others. It's to cheap! Wrong! It's a Great part at a Great price. The same as the others, and on my trailer as I speak. If you need a new hitch for your trailer it's a great buy! Happy Boating!

The return spring latch is undersized, the latch gets hung up. I couldn’t release the /lack lock until walking into the return kiosk, after messing with it for hours.I may have gotten a dud, but it wasn’t worth having an issue with a trailer coupling.
