The elastic sleeve that you slide your foot into is very tight. If you have a wide foot, it may be uncomfortable. There is a ball in the floor of the sole that presses into the plantar fascia. I was unsure about it at first, but it’s actually comfortable when you’re off your feet. This style did not cause pressure point pain or toe discomfort.One area for improvement would be to have a plastic support in the toe area, so that when you create traction with the strap, the force is more evenly distributed across the toes.

Product is well designed, however, the "One Size" description is very inaccurate. The item is more on the small size and if you have a normal or large diameter leg the item will not fit correctly. There needs to be different size options. Disappointed.

I can feel a difference in the mornings when I forget to put it on. The only downside is that it rubs against your ankle in an annoying way, but thats an easy fix if you just wear a light sock underneath it

My husband and I both have planter fasciitis and tight heel cords. We have been using this product for a little over a month and it works very well. It is comfortable to use and stretches your feet/ankles just enough to loosen them without being painful. I recommend this product.

this thing's okay, at first, but the velcro wears out pretty quick with the strap going from toe to shin. so then you have a thing that keeps snapping loose when you try to use it, making it not quite useless... but almost. lasted, i don't know, maybe a couple weeks before it became a pain to try and use.not the worst thing i've ever bought, but i should have gotten something else.

I have a very skinny foot (women’s size 8) but this thing is so tight it cuts off my circulation! It’s very uncomfortable. I’ve tried to stretch it out. May have to cut it to make it bigger.

I’m giving it 3 stars because it is a good product, just not for my foot shape. First night I wore for 3 hours and felt great on my run the next day. Second night I wore all night and woke up with insane swelling and a nasty sore on the bottom of my foot. The elastic strap that secures your foot to the base is so tight. Then on the sole there’s a hump that’s made to support your plantar fascia. Unfortunately with the elastic being so tight it jams the hump into your arch. Also the elastic bunches up and causes irritation on the top of the foot as well. It’s a great product for tiny feet and if they had a wide size option I’d most likely exchange.
