Used this too attach my action 4 to various things like trees and fences while out on hikes. Seems to hold quite well. I haven't had it slip off of anything yet. The bungee is a little limited in stretch. So you're a little limited in what it can actually hold when wrapping it around things. Too thick and you won't be able to wrap enough around to clip the carabiners together. Too narrow and the holder won't stay in place. For chain link fences and other objects where you have attachment points for each clip, it works perfectly. Not sure how creative you can get in terms of attaching to moving objects. As with it being attached to bungee, any movement causes it to shake. Even if stretched tight. I'll probably stick to only using it on stationary objects, as it works quite well. Feels plenty secure when holding my action 4.

The cell phone adapter only accepts phones 2 1/4 inches wide. Does anybody have one of those?Update: The seller has shown me that the phone mount is expandable. My bad!

I have been eyeing these up for a while now but not to use it in the way it is intended.Looking at it I always saw a resemblance to a small cargo net I use on my motorcycle, at least in the way it attaches, so wondered if it were possible to use it on my bike that way.And yes I can!I have a small top box behind my rear seat that acts as a backrest for my wife and for helmet storage when off the bike, this little contraption fits on top perfectly as it already has hook points for a net, allowing me to mount a rear facing camera.Whilst I probably won't be using footage from this for my moto vlog it is perfectly good enough for use as a dash cam, so a definite winner from me!How I Rate- ***** Don’t think, just buy it!- **** Nothing to complain about, I’d spend my own money on this.- *** Does what it should but there may be better alternatives- ** Problems or issues encountered that outweigh any benefits.- * Run for the door!Whilst I do sometimes include photos and videos in my reviews, due to time constraints this will only be when I feel that doing so would serve a purpose in demonstrating how an aspect of the product works or fails.I only order Items that I or my family have a genuine use for and as such you can be sure that they are tested in real world warts and all situations.
Whilst I did receive this item for free through the Amazon Vine program this has in no way influenced my review.

This is a poor design. It pushes the GoPro against the fence to hold it in place if you are trying to film a baseball game on the other side of the fence. If a foul ball hits your camera, the lens will be cracked since there is no ability to stand-off the camera lens from the fence. If the camera is to remain stable, you really need to stretch the bungies a little bit which puts more pressure on the camera. Every time the fence jiggles, it scratches your camera. This is not a good product and the plastic broke after less than a month of using it for weekend ball games. I wish I could return but its just past the return window.

Works as described. Great for taking family or group photos outdoors when there isn't anyone around to do it for you.
