I had the mount for a bit over a year. The bike it was attached to was ridden 21 times with an average ride of 25 miles. Last week I was riding downhill on a paved road that was slightly bumpy but common for So. Cal. I went over a few bumpy parts and the mount cracked and my Garmin flew off.A GoPro/Computer mount is a great idea. Look somewhere else...there are other options. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for!

someone else commented the same thing. the one you receive isn't as shown in the picture, it's a rigid 90 degree mounting flange, no hinge to allow it to tilt up/down

Much to my surprise I've had 9 of these. I believe only 4 of them were actually purchased. The rest were warrantied. They look & work great. However, if you put as they write in their description a "sport action camera" on the bottom side, eventually the mount will snap off. ALL 9 of them have snapped off in the same exact spot. The spot is where the stem bolts go into the mount and into the stem.I believe if you don't use a sport action camera on the bottom you'll have no issue. If you do, eventually like myself, you'll be doing a ride, realize your computer mount is slowly dropping and, hopefully, catch it before it falls as I've, thankfully, been able to do.

I have Canyon v13 handlebars and they don't have screw holes available and the stem cap is recessed, which left me with few options to mount my Garmin cycle computer. This mount is perfect. Easy to install and it extends in front of the handlebars making it easy to view. I opted for the adjustable version vs. the fixed which allows you to change the angle of the computer vs. having it just be parallel to the road surface

So I had a Garmin mount on my handlebar to hold my cycling computer. I also had a clutter of a mount to get my GoPro mounted out in front of the handlebars so you wouldn't see the hoods, computer, and cables in the video shots. This one mount eliminates the clutter of mounts attached to the handlebars. It's a clean looking option. Hopefully it holds up. I have seen some reviews with pictures of broken mounts. Hopefully those were mounted to mountain and gravel bikes that took a beating. Mine is mounted to a road bike and I don't expect to put a beating on it. Should it fail, I will update this review. It was also an easy install, even without any instructions. If you look at the advertising image, it shows you how it should be mounted. It is not rocket science.UPDATE:The mount works great holding the Garmin 1030 and my GoPro Hero 4. However, since there is no rubber on the mount, like the mounts that go on handlebars, the road vibration produces bad quality videos with lots of vibration and shaky video. Other than that, I still like the mount because it frees up space on the handlebars.

Fonctionne parfaitement et les spacers sont suffisamment résistant si le serrage est adéquat.

I love the hinged version, and I love how strong it felt...that is until one day on a 155-mile race, I was on a very bumpy road. I used both a Garmin 530 head unit and Cycliq Fly 12 camera/headlight. I tethered both devices to my handlebars, which saved both units during my race when the mount completely cracked in half due to the stress of the weight combined with the bumpy road.I have reached out to the seller for replacement under the 2-year warranty, but PLEASE tether your devices when using any mount. After this broke, both units swung under my handlebars and I was able to safely remove them and store in my jersey pocket until I got home.

This Dymoece mount is fully adjustable and is a very good front center column bike mount for a light and/or Garmin GPS. It looks factory equipped, sturdy, adjustable, and looks good. But, most of all it works well with my equipped bike light and I recommend this bike mount.

My Karoo 2 and Garmin light was saved by the lanyard, when the mount cracked on a paved road for no go in at all.

Even though this is priced higher than other bike mounts - this package has much better options. The best part is that the mount angle can be adjusted even after installing. Other mounts are fixed. The bolts use a security wrench to foil thieves. You can mount a camera or a light underneath the unit. I am using a Karoo tracker but it also fits Garmin, etc...

I use a Garmin 830 Edge on this and it holds it firmly over quite rocky terrain. I'm not doing Red Bull DH with this but it has held on over "regular" MTB trails. it was very easy to put on and adjust to the proper position.I thought that it would be a good GoPro mount as well but, while it holds the GoPro just fine, I don't like the video I get from this mounting position. There's too much bar movement back and forth as you navigate the trails so the viewer just gets whiplash watching it. That's no fault of the mount though so I won't deduct any points for it.

I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for a mount, so I decided to try this one after reading the reviews. It mounted right up to my Trek Emonda without any issues. I took it for a 66 mile metric road ride and it held my Garmin 1030 and my GoPro 7 with no issues at all. Everything stayed in place the way that it should. Great mount if you are looking for an alternative to other options that are available.
