I highly recommend you do not buy this product. It was in my ice maker for a few months and it rusted and disintegrated so whatever pieces of screen are missing were consumed.

0 stars! On a whim I put the filter in a glass of filtered water (the stuff that goes in my Opal) after reading another review about these filters rusting and ruining the ice machines and sadly, I can attest they do RUST. The pics are after only 2 days!!! Save your money and ice machine!

Purchased for my GE Opal 2.0. Fits perfect and does the job. Much cheaper than on the GE website. Will be purchasing more! Very easy to install

Before I order this product I ordered the other items suggested underneath and boy what a difference. The other item was bigger and caused problems with my profile ice maker in which I might add wasn’t cheap. So I decided to return that order and search for a filter that came with my ice maker luckily I found it. No problems since.
