I was skeptical to buy this product because of some of the previous reviews I had read on it, specifically high return frequency. My husband installed this. He said it was easy and straight forward. There are YouTube videos you can look up, to problem solve but, he did not have to do that. At first, it took the ice a little bit to form into the shapes they were supposed to but, by the next day, we were getting solid cubes. We use our ice machine daily and several times a day. I would consider our family of 5, a family that uses a high volume of ice in a day, so this ice maker gets used a ton! I would recommend this product and the price was right! Better than having to get a whole new refrigerator!
