When I got my pool back in 2020 I used sand for my filter as instructions saidThen following year I cleaned out that nasty sand and started using these filter balls and have been sinceThey're easy to clean out of my filter tank each season and I replace them and work excellentThe instructions on the balls say you can wash them and reuse them but they're not that expensive so I buy new ones each yearI have a 18x33 above ground pool and buy 2 bags of these balls

We opened our pool and used these for the first time. They were really easy to use. I didn't give it a 5 star only because I can't tell you how long they will last since I have only had the pool open for 5 weeks. So far so good

I have a wicked hard time getting the pool to clear this past spring. Added all the drugs the dr ordered and still awful. I added these in with the sand, and filtration has been great. 2 days later and pool was perfect, haven't use chemicals since

I purchased a new pool filter and decided to try these filter balls out. I used them for about two weeks then removed them and went back to sand. I had very little suction and return pressure. I could not even vacuum the pool good. When I removed the filter balls I noticed that they totally clogged the filter tree in the filter which GREATLY reduced the flow of water. I will NEVER purchase them again nor recommend anyone using them.

A great substitute for a sand filter. They work amazing! We have high iron content in our water and these helped filter it all out. Easy to pop in filter, or take out and give them a rinse/wash in your washing machine. Definitely worth the money and they do great with lots of use! 100/10 recommend!

Last fall we winterized the pool but during the rest of fall and winter we got some crazy wind storms that completely ripped the cover off and destroyed the water as you can see.I used these filter balls with an Intex ECO 15110-2 and in 72 hours(3 Days) the water is crystal clear. I wanted to make this review as guinuine as possible so aside from a little skimming I haven't vacuumed it yet. I wanted to put these things to the test and they've far exceeded my expectations. Now all I have to do is vacuum it and make sure the chemistry of the water is good and the pool is ready to go. In my opinion these are more than worth purchasing if you're looking to convert your pool pump from sand to these.I hope this review helps!

The water we have where we live is well water and full if minerals and metals and it's hard to keep up the water clarity. Tried a sand filter this year and it helped a little better than the regular filters you get with above ground pools.i got a skimmer for the pool and the skimmer wouldn't work correctly while filtering I had to have the pool pump on circulate for it to work. So I saw these pool balls and put them instead of the sand. I can now use the skimmer while filtering because the balls give better flow than the sand. So between the skimmer and these little filter balls the clarity and cleanliness of the pool is amazing. This under 24 hours of using them. I usually don't leave reviews or feedback but this product definitely deserves it.
