I assumed this was a direct replacement for my unit. Everything seemed correct except I missed the Cold Resistance. I did not notice the resistance on this one was 9-17ohms, the one I received measured out at 14ohm. My unit would not fire up, after further inspecting and not seeing any hairline cracks I found my unit requires a Cold Resistance of about 20-40ohms.So the unit is good, but resistance is way to low for older units to use.

This works as a replacement for an Nordyne 632313C It does not come with a harness so you will need to cut the wires closest to the existing harness and strip them. Then twist the wires together with the universal ignitor and use wire connectors or electrical tape to cover the exposed wires.

Our furnace went out during a cold spell up here in Michigan. We looked all over town for a replacement and found that either the stores were closed on a Sunday or the prices were much higher than this one.
