I was a little cautious with purchasing this sensor. I didn't want to waste my money or time. I thought that the price was too good to be true compared to other companies, but it worked and did the job and the heat is working again.

I recently learned that there are two different connection sizes at the end of a flame sensor: 1/4 inch and 3/16 inch. It turned out I needed the sensors with the smaller 3/16 size plug. I ordered several flame sensors on Amazon to find out which had 3/16 plugs because Amazon product pages don't specify this. This flame sensor has the smaller 3/16 plug. It looks to be well made and is without any defect. $14.39 is priced about the middle of the price range for the 69w43. I'm guessing it's a generic, off-brand sensor. It should be a little cheaper.

If you have a Ducane furnace and have ordered these before, and they didn't fit, this is the one you need. After ordering twice from other sellers, and getting ones that were just slightly too thick to fit, this is finally the correct one.

Looked up issues and trouble shoot in my lennox furnace one night at -30. I forgot to change air filter and it flipped the high low limiter thus got hot and cracked this. I didn't know without some digging. But saved me a emergency call and able to fix myself. Perfect fit
