These lights were so cheap and are amazing. They are light weight and the battery life seems good so far. They function exactly how I wanted them too. The are on the dimmer side and could be slightly brighter but I am still happy with them!

These lights are ok. Just ok. I would have liked more output. Assembly was easy and the lights function as advertised. Just not bright enough.

After getting a large umbrella for our patio, I was wanting something with some soft lighting that would add to the ambience at night. Boy, did these do the trick! They were so easy to install, came with everything that you needed to mount them to the umbrella, the solar function is amazing, During the day, you hardly noticed them at all and the battery lasts a very long time. My only complaint, but I am not taking away from my review rating, is I wish the items to mount it with would have been black instead of white so they blended better. All in all absolutely love this purchase and I will try to remember to take a picture at night and post it on here for everyone to see.

They were DIM when they worked and I am a Union Electrician and they were installed correctly and in FULL SUN but were just dim and gave a crappy glow but would not light up anything and after a few months of use once they were finally installed…..They DIED for good. Rubbish worth $1 at a “dollar store “.

I put the lights on an umbrella frame - no fabric. It's a stunning spot in the garden at night. It fit very well and was easy to attach to the frame.

easy to install, it provides mood lighting only. I think the remote has too many features/settings, I like the steady one.My umbrella is 11 ft so the strings are just a bit short..Wish the cable to the battery box were a bit longer so I do not have to climb up to change the batteries, it is hanging quite high up there...

We have 3 different umbrellas that we ordered them for. One (green one) has the 8 rungs and they fit perfectly! The smaller umbrella (lightly printed one) only has 6 rungs. Even though this umbrella is smaller they worked great. With the 2 extra strands we just wrapped one up around the top and the the other part way down the center post. We also didnt bother cutting off the extensions. We thought they still looked sort of fun dangling off the ends. The 3rd umbrella is a 10x13 ft cantilever umbrella. While the light strands only go all the way to the end of 2 of the rungs, they still look really cool ending 3/4ths of the way on all the others.They arent overly bright but theyre exactly what we wanted. They give off enough ambient lighting and character. I personally like the twinkling setting!Putting them on, I followed someone elses recommendation in another review. I kept each of the strands still tied up until i had secured a circle around the top of the umbrella and lined up each strand with each rung. Then, I unraveled each, one by one, securing it to its respective rung. This made it super easy. Its a little tedious to tie them all in but no big deal. For the regular umbrellas, the included wireties were the perfect size. For our big cantilever umbrella we had to double up on the little ties. They're a clearish-white and honestly, they arent that noticeable. They look just like the lights.Oh! I read several peoples reviews saying they had to be right up close for their remote to work. I was sitting, respectively 6-15ft away from each of the umbrellas and was able to turn them all on with no problem. Even with one remote. Which is nice, so I have 2 extra remotes incase one bugs out.All 3 sets that I ordered work perfectly. But from reading some reviews, so people said they had a strand that didnt work. I did put batteries in them and test them all to make sure all the strands lit up before installing them.Super happy with them! And would buy them again.

Other than there not being installation instructions, these are a nice way to upgrade a patio umbrella and not break the bank. Remote works well, but the settings are not very useful. Strobing lights are fun for a moment, but at the end of the day solid lights that can be dimmed or brightened are enough for me. Anyone with a modest mechanical aptitude can figure it out, but otherwise it might help to have a friend help you eyeball things when putting it together. Over all it is a good product and I'm happy with this purchase. I'd definitely buy one again.
