Although I haven't yet installed this particular bidet attachment, I HAVE purchased THREE other brands, through the years, and found them all wanting.The most important aspect of a bidet seat, long term, is the water supply line BEING METAL AND THE END PIECES BEING BOTH METAL!The concept of a bidet seat is so simple it is pretty hard to make one which doesn't work. The questions then become:(1) How hard is it to install (hint, if the end pieces, which connect to the water supply in and to the toilet are PLASTIC (which all others I am aware of are) they can strip very easily during install)(2) What could possibly go horribly wrong wrong longer term? (hint, the water supply will eventually leak, if it is metal)I bought this appliance, this time, because the other three -- although all top rated at the time -- turned out to be very difficult to install, or used cheap plastic components for the water connection, which is where you absolutely don't want to have a failure!It will likely be a month or so before I get around to the install, but this unit has ALL metal parts for the water line and the connectors to metal pipe and toilet. My last unit (different brand) only had metal on one end of the water line, and used plastic on the other -- and it stripped out when attempting to fasten to the toilet bowl; That made it a big ordeal to install and caused me to bring in a plumber!Other than that, this unit is very slim, so it fits under the existing seat on pretty nearly ANY toilet. So that is also very good.I will update this review if something bad shows up on the install or operation. But I am not expecting that.What YOU should be expecting is that any alternate unit which doesn't show you CLEARLY all METAL pipe and end pieces is, almost certainly, trying to hide the reality of their cheapness/cost savings from you. This unit shows the metal end CLEARLY. This is the best unit I have bought so far, by far, and. also (at least right now, on sale) the least expensive by quite a margin! I'm likely going to buy a second one now!

I've wondered about getting a bidet for a while now, but recently tried one at a friend's house I was staying at, so I wanted one. I wasn't sure which one to get, so after reading reviews and considering my limited budget, I decided to try this one.It was pretty easy to install, except I put the included washer in the wrong place and couldn't get it out, so had to get another at the hardware store. The washer should go into the top of the t-shaped adaptor where it enters the tank. It would have been helpful if the diagram in the instructions showed the washer placement.But that's my only complaint. I was concerned that my water pressure wouldn't be strong enough, but it works fine. I was also worried that the cold water would feel awful, but as you only run it for a few seconds, it's no problem at all.I have IBD so sometimes go through a lot of TP. And the brand I've been using for years just cut 24 sheets off their mega roll. So now I let water do most of the work, and just use a bit of TP for drying. Plus I'm saving trees. It is very easy to use, you choose whether you want a rear wash or one for us women. Plus there is a self cleaning feature that sprays water on the outside on the 2 little nozzles. I also really appreciate that it's easy to remove when you want to clean the bowl.

I've been wanting this for a long time. I am not dissapointed! The stream is just right, and it was surprising how easy it was install! I don't regret buying this, I'll order one for every bathroom in my house now that I have tried it!
