1. At 9 months of daily use, one time I was home midday. Used the toilet, was NOT actuating the control knob. All of a sudden, the fitting that was supplied to attach the hot water line to the hot water valve under my pedestal sink, BURST, squirting water everywhere. I was RIGHT next to it when this happened and immediately turned it off after getting SOAKED with hot water. IF I had NOT been there at that EXACT moment, water would have flooded my bathroom, my upstairs, and ran into the floor and down into my basement ceiling. Seeing as I wouldn’t have been home for another 4 hours, my home would have LITERALLY been destroyed by water. I put on a new two way valve from Home Depot, fashioned a supply line from braided steel (a dishwasher supply line) and hooked it back up, because we DO enjoy it.2. ONE MONTH LATER (10 months old) the body developed a crack in the top surface, and it started squirting the backs of people sitting on the toilet while actuating the valve. Poor quality body. When it works, it’s a sleek design with a very controllable flow. But BUYER BEWARE! This could LITERALLY destroy your home while you’re gone to work one day.

I really like this bide. Quality at touch is fine. The intensity of the water flow can be perfectly adjusted, so you won't get a powerful water jet when you turn it on like with other more popular brands that can be very painful. Easy to install, good value for money.

I had a different model, and when the dial broke, I replaced it with the brondell, dual temperature model. and I couldn't be more pleased. The unit was incredibly easy to instal, with no issues. Nothing leaks, the seat rests properly on top, and it took less than ten minutes from opening the box to fully installed. The water pressure control for this unit is perfect! No more blasts of needle share water! The temperature control (hint, always set it slightly cooler than you like, to accommodate fluctations) is also easily adjusted. The ''comfort'' in the title is spot on. This is comfortable to use. You can adjust the water to be at the front or the back, the water to be very very soft or more firm, cold, warm, or hot. (careful with hot folks!!). To compliment this unit, we made flannel drying rags and a little laundry bag for them, for patting dry after use.THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE A SEAT, it installs under your existing toilet seat. Does NOT come with tools, you will need the appropriately sized wrench to set up the water lines.

On a well, so we did not need hot water hook up here in the south. Found water temp on cold is fine for us. Do not over tighten seat it may crack and will be hard to align. Otherwise I am buying one for every bath room. Not only for personal hygiene but also save a lot on TP and less paper in the septic system. Turn main water off incase your shut off at toilet is unable to be turned off. Plan on a trip to hardware buy xtra fittings you can always return what you dont use and create less aggravation for yourself. I found a great Y valve at ace hardware.

The apparatus works well enough, but the controls stick out and seem rickety. I purchased another previously from the company for a similar price from Amazon. This other one seems sturdier, has a stronger flow, and the controls are unobtrusive on the side of the toilet. I much prefer this other one, but the newer one will be good for my grandkids as the controls are easier for them to see and use. I hope they hold up to kid use.

It's easy to install and so far works OK, but I just recently install it so it remains to be seen how well it would work after a while, as far as if it works as advertised, no, the back side washing is perfect but the feminine wash does not exist because both of the nozels are set to same angle and they spray to the same spot.

This bidet attachment is likely the best in the market.Very easy to install. It took me about half an hour to put it in service. Instructions are very clear. The only issue was that I could not reach the water connection under the tank and I had to get a T valve at the hardware store, to connect to the water supply coming from the wall.I find this attachment very hygienic for two reasons. There is minimal protrusion below the toilet seat and when the spray is on, there are no parts below yourself that could receive contamination.Temperature control is precise. Once set to your comfort, there is no need to reset. If there is access to a hot water tap, I prefer this attachment over those requiring electrical connection to control the temperature. In my case I made a small hole on the floor of the vanity for the hot water tube to go through, which is not visible. This is a great product.

This product is DA BOMB!!! Surprisingly easy to install. The hardest part was clearing out around the toilet and climbing behind it to unscrew the existing connector underneath the toilet reservoir tank.Helpful hint: BEFORE you do ANYTHING, take some Liquid Wrench or other spray lubricant (WD-40 works too) with a straw tube applicator and spritz on the shaft portion (you know, the part that is BEHIND the handle and setscrew) of your angle-stop valve coming out of the wall behind the toilet. Wait 15 minutes, THEN try to shut off your water and proceed with the install. One more helpful hint...the connectors all came with rubber washers where they meet with metal. The ones that screw onto poly threads like the one coming out of the bottom of your toilet tank don't need plumber's teflon tape (which conveniently is provided with the install kit). There is only one metal to metal threaded connection that shows needing teflon plumber's tape in the installation video on the website. I searched by model number (mine was FSR-25). Watching the video on the mfgr website via YouTube is HIGHLY recommended.Finally...being of thinner design is a double edged sword. The controls present nicely, the toilet seat lies VERY flat, and it was easy to install (I had the help of someone else holding the toilet seat while I fastened the bolts down). YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary). The downside of being thin and sleek and modern is that while you are seated and operating the controls, DO NOT PUSH DOWN HARD ON THE KNOBS WHILE TURNING. You may snap off the arm.P.S. The **** stands for "hoot" ...you know, from Woodsy the Owl? "Give a Hoot! Don't Pollute"

We used to have a bidet with heater and dryer and and all bells and whistles, but it was a pain to clean and not very comfortable and eventually the seat cracked. This Brondell unit is nice because it's so low profile. It's easy to keep clean and it works well. I did not get hot water from the hot water supply but instead I installed a Strobel electron mini 2 tankless water heater (be carefully, only the mini 2Can be installed on a 15amp circuit.)

We installed the bidet yesterday. The cold water was fairly simple to install but note that you do not pinch the braided tube as it will cause a restricted water flow to the toilet tank and bidet. The hot water line will be tricky unless you know what you are doing and are knowledgeable of plumbing. Which I am. I ran a hot water line from my hot water tank to the bidet. But you can run the hot water line from your sink plumbing to the bidet. This would also require knowledge of plumbing and tools if you have to drill a hole in your cabinet to feed the water line to your bidet.

My son is a contractor and had great difficulty with the hot water connectors supplied with the bidet. They were cheap and badly made. He had to go to a plumbing store to buy other equipment to connect the hot water. Once he did that the bidet worked beautifully and I am really enjoying it.
