This time clock works as expected so far. Easy to set up and use. Only down side.. there is a monthly service charge to use the online software. The description makes it sound as though there are no monthly fees but there is to use the software which is required to se the employee punches.

Overall great clock for the money. The online program and support are great!! The clock occasionally has a few glitches or has trouble reading a print but the tech support has always been available and helpful. The program has a monthly fee but is well worth it!!

They don't have any valuable customer service, they just sell a product. If you don't want to experience really sucks shopping experience, AVOID this seller, they NEVER CARE about customers' needs even they can meet, they just don't do it. They have very short return time within 30 days, AND no exchange option for you if you buy some thing by mistake, you are gonna regret to shop with this seller. NEVER NEVER choose this seller. It's super bad. And the machine doesn't work any more!!!

I have had my time clock for 6 months. The machine is ok, my employees clock in fine but half the time I have to clock them out because the scanner will not take their print. I have contacted customer support about three times for various reason. They do respond quickly via email however, over the phone they are quick to route to another operator without helping you or your issue. QB migration is a joke, overall I wish i had done my research with the firm rather than researching the device itself

Update: the website is much better now than when we started. Interface is much easier to use. The clock still won’t read some fingerprints though. The clock works fairly well. Occasionally it won’t read a print. We have one employee in particular that this clock just doesn’t like her finger prints. Otherwise that aspect of it is pretty good. In general, the clock is pretty good. The software is decent. There are some quirks. For instance, when manually entering employee times on the web site, instead of entering 4 hours, you have to enter “04.0”. If you enter “4” or even “4.0”, you’ll get 0.4 hours. There’s also a way for the employee to request time off but they’ll have to enter it the same way. If they don’t, the time won’t be right. Also, the time off feature only allows the employee to request a certain number of hours for a day. There is no way to convey what time of day they are requesting off.Overall, it fits the purpose and I’ll continue using it. Hopefully they’ll polish up some of the deficiencies. Should that happen, I’ll update this review.

this is used for a small business to keep track of employees. the finger scan clocking is very secure and prevents misuse and abuse of the time machine. The reports are very easy to read and very easy you see who is in/out and break/working. this is a very good buy for the price and the monthly subscription is very reasonable.

It's an over priced Chinese time clock and you are forced to have a monthly subscription to an online service that without it the whole things has no use. I returned it and was promptly refunded.

I am in no way affiliated with this company.I researched Biometric time clocks for weeks and was time and again disappointed in the over complicated nature of themFor the money I thought I would try uAttend. It was well spent, yes you need to subscribe to the service. It is cheap, and if your not OK with that, then you should really examine the cost of ownership of other systems that require MSSQL server and all the setup required. This system is all web based, nothing to install. And since it is web based it is compatible with OSX and Windows etc..I think they should have made this with POE since even the pictures on there own website show a power cord strewn across the wall.I was not a fan of that, so I used a POE splitter and ours is wall mounted with the POE splitter behind the wall. No cable mess as this is in our reception area near the front door. We are a tech company and want to look it.overall... Buy it! Oh, important... very FEW misreads of finger prints when employees clock in.
