As others have noted, this comes with Spanish instructions. However, it was easy enough to get them in English from the vendor. They are for the most part unnecessary as there are very few features, and the menus are fairly self explanatory.Having said that, if you have anywhere near the supported 1000 employees, or really even if you have a dozen... you'll find it painful to enter them using ancient flip phone style, 3 letters per key, text entry. Fortunately, there's an import option... though you may be confused by the backwards use of Upload and Download this device uses to refer to import/export. The manual seems to suggest that you can simplify this process by exporting the Users section, edit that, then import it... and you'll save a ton of time. Except one problem... the Users data file it outputs is an unknown binary format. So, well, not so much. Shift schedule info though is another story... that exports as an XLS spreadsheet document. Yay... we're getting somewhere now. Just unfortunately, nowhere all that time saving.Navigating the menus is fairly simple, but it's inconsistent that some menu sections can be selected numerically, while others require the up/down arrows to select. Using numeric selection everywhere would be an improvement.You can export a log file of your employee activity as an XLS spreadsheet. It provides several tabs of data, including areas for calculating paychecks and such. This is pretty extensive, which is good.The vendor was receptive to my improvement ideas, but whether or not there'll ever be a firmware updates to make improvements is unknown.If you get past all that... does it work? Can it read fingerprints? Can it recognize faces? Will it at least accept a pin code? Well... I tested those options, as well as palm prints (more of a hover in front of the camera scan). All worked pretty well. Notably, I initially forgot which finger I'd scanned in my tests, and it wouldn't acknowledge me. So, good that it correctly didn't recognize incorrect finger prints.It may very well be a lot less hassle to just use a touchscreen Windows kiosk computer with some likely free software. But, there's something to be said for a simple device at a low cost price. I think there's a place for this, and certainly the variety of employee determination methods are interesting.The actual model of this device is, according to English documentation, KUO66 PRO. But AI and google haver never heard of it.I couldn't help but notice that the device plays a Windows startup tune, and has other familiar Windows sounds. Perhaps this is a Windows embedded device... One of these days I'm gonna open it up and see if there are any diy hack opportunities lurking inside.

This time clock has made tracking attendance so much easier! The face and fingerprint recognition are super fast, and I love that it works even in low light. It was simple to set up, and the LCD display is clear and easy to read. The best part is that there are no monthly fees, and it automatically calculates hours without needing an app or network. It feels reliable and well-built, perfect for keeping everything organized. Definitely a great investment for a small business!

I recently tested out the KUIIYER 4 in 1 Employee Time Clock for Small Business, and here's a breakdown of its features to save you scrolling through a book of details and my experience using it:The Good Stuff:I was impressed by how quickly it recognized faces, fingerprints, and palm prints, even in low light. The setup was straightforward, and the LCD display was clear. No monthly fees are a big plus, and it automatically calculates hours without needing an app or network. The build quality seemed good for the price.Opportunities:Entering employee data was cumbersome due to the old-style text input. The data management is manual, requiring a USB for reports, which might become tedious for larger businesses. Also, the device restarts with an annoying sound if it idles, which can be disruptive.Bottom Line: Efficient for small businesses, but manual data handling is a drag.

Seemed to be very receptive to most of our hands we used on it, it has software type deal so you have more options and controls when doing it on a laptop. You can even unplug it for quite a while and then plug it back in and all of your saved things are still there. Dont have to reprogram it all over again. The lense that picks up the face is crazy sensitive lol. So far i am happy with this. Great unit for thr price point!

I receive the time clock and I was in need of it urgently. i opened it to set it up and all of the directions were in spanish. Thanks alot!! It didn't even have spanish on one side and english on the other. Totally Disturbed!!! I don't normally write reviews, but I had to due to my frustration. Now I have to return it and go thru the entire process all over again.

**Edited at bottom**Opened this up to install at an office and the device's menus are entirely in Chinese characters. The manual - which is in English - gives no instruction regarding how to change the device language. There is nothing available online and even Amazon themselves had no information to offer.Very low quality experience so far; though I've reached out to the seller to attempt to resolve this and hopefully they'll have some guidance themselves in the coming days.***The company did ultimately send a replacement device free of charge after troubleshooting with them. Hopefully this one is a better experience. It does seem most non-sponsored reviews ran into various language issues so hopefully that gets worked out within the company moving forward.

The KUIIYER Time Clock is a mixed bag, especially for small businesses needing basic time-tracking features with some biometric flair. On the positive side, it offers multiple methods for logging in and out, including face recognition, fingerprint scanning, palm print detection, or even a simple PIN code. These options provide flexibility and security, ensuring that employees are accurately clocking their hours.However, the experience isn't without its hiccups. One of the biggest drawbacks is the instruction manual, which is only available in Spanish. This can be frustrating for non-Spanish speakers who need clear guidance on setup and use. Luckily with Google Translate it can be figured out. Additionally, the system requires constant power supply; any interruption seems to cause it to restart annoyingly with a loud startup sound.Data handling is another area where this time clock falls short. It’s not "smart" enough to store information internally or in the cloud—instead, you have to manually transfer data onto a USB drive for reporting purposes. This might be manageable for smaller operations but could become cumbersome as your business grows.In summary, while the KUIIYER Time Clock offers some neat features and is fairly straightforward to use once set up, it has limitations that may not suit every business’s needs.

I returned the first machine since it was in Spanish which I don't understand the language, However, the 2nd item I received is also in Spanish even though I talked to both Amazon Customer Rep and Tech Supports. I wonder if they refer to the manufacturer for what I exactly requested (English version) instead.

Récemment, j’ai testé l’horloge 4 en 1 pour petite entreprise de la compagnie Kuiiyer. Le produit est d’une bonne qualité. Considérant le prix de l’article, la détection biométrique fonctionne plutôt bien autant la détection du visage, que des empreintes digitales.Le boîtier est compact et facile d’installation et n’a besoin que d’un alimentation 5 V pour fonctionner.Mon produit est arrivé avec une documentation en espagnol seulement, j’ai donc dû me promener dans les menus de l’appareil pour figurer comment il fonctionnait. Par contre, si je veux effacer les données, le système me demande un mot de passe mais le mot de passe administrateur n’est pas écrit dans la documentation, il ne semble pas y avoir non plus de sites Web pour pouvoir télécharger le livre d’instruction… Je suis donc déçu de cette aspect qui rend l’utilisation de la machine un peu plus complexe.Il n’en reste pas moins que pour le prix payé et ses fonctionnalités, c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix et est très utile pour une petite entreprise qui veut garder un suivi sur les entrées et sorties de ses employés.Le produit semble avoir un compartiment arrière, mais il est vide, je crois que c’est pour une batterie de secours, mais encore une fois la documentation ne spécifie pas le type de batterie à acheter ni le connecteur à utiliser pour la brancher dans l’appareil.Une documentation plus complète m’aurait permis de donner une meilleure notation aux produits. C’est quand même un produit d’une bonne qualité, il peut certainement être utile pour votre entreprise.NOTE: J'ai écrit au manufacturier à propos du manuel d'instruction et d'après eux, c,est un erreur de manutention de leur part, ils m'ont alors envoyé une copie des instructions en anglais (bon support à la clientèle !).

This is the ideal time clock for our office. You can use face recognition, a fingerprint, a palm print, or a PIN—full convenience for us and our employees. When you are ready to do a payroll, download it on a USB stick and take it to your payroll computer. The same goes for any reports you may want. We don't use it, but you can divide your people into departments or classify them in any way you want. With this, you can do away with any payroll services and, more importantly, the costs involved.

Definitely for small businesses as the functionality is pretty limited. The biometric logins are very good to ensure the correct employee is clocking in and out. Functions are basic, set yourself up as admin and be able to create employee profiles. Can't type out - it uses numpad alpha to input letters. Employees scan their finger print or do facial recognition and it's stored into the system. Screening facial recognition works well, haven't had any issues with it. The time clock needs dedicated power plugged in at all times. It's a bit strange in that when it idles out (after a few minutes), it restarts and makes an annoying startup sound constantly I think after a while it finally just stabilized. The clock powers up again when it senses movement and trying to scan the person.This is not a smart device so the data is stored in a USB drive. The reports are excel based spreadsheets which is easy to read and format. It's a bit of a manual process but I think it works for a simple small business and the price is not bad considering the biometric screening.
