Joseph was wonderful. Very knowledgeable on system setup & made it a walk in the park! Had our entire department added and uploaded in about an hours time (With cards, pin, facial recognition, and fingerprint). Customer service department is great! Customer service like this, is a "must have", if hosting a time management system like this.

customer service was quick to help me. Otherwise hard to set up. All software problem not easy to edit, very complicated software . Not user friendly at all. But hardware works great

I had some difficulty getting the unit setup on the network and trying to understand how to configure the employees. There are a lot of options and I just need a simple punch in and punch out. I called customer service and spoke to Alex. He was amazing!! He was patient and helped setup the employees, admin and showed me how to download the reports on payday. There is also an app that I did not know about. The support is amazing!!

When I got my time clock I was having a little trouble setting it up so I called Tech Support and talked to several people that were not able to help with everything. When I called back I got a gentleman named Joseph. He was awesome. He was able to help me with everything I was having issues with and was so nice and patient. I hope I get him every time I call.

Clock only allow 24 hour flextime but it won’t count week base over time hours if you have hourly pay rool it’s not work and also don’t have by week count available

The system is very difficult to set up. You setup your organization, sites, zones, departments, then add the user, add a timesheet, then assign the user to the timesheet, and assign the user to the device before the employee can clock in. This must be done for each “shift” your employees have. If you have a typo, and already saved the information, you must start all over again.The time clock is pretty much plug n play. However, it does not stay connected to the network. You must be on the same network as the timeclock to register your employees. I also found it difficult to create an admin user for security reasons. By default, employees have access to the time clock settings, employee management, and attendance records unless an admin user is created. There are not clear steps on how to create this admin user account.There is only one report that you can export for payroll, and it cannot be filtered out by employee, site, zone, or department. It is difficult to see the total hours worked by each department/zone/site.If you are looking for a time and attendance system for your small business I would recommend investing in another product. It is not user friendly and takes too long to get up and running for payroll.
