Wooden box, hinged lid. Pretty standard set of burrs. They are the finer tooth, generally better for iron based materials (fewer, larger tooth are generally better for aluminum based materials).I don't know if it was a fluke, didn't see it in the description, but came with a 4-pack of internal extractors.

The set came in quickly and with no issues. The TiERGS tungsten carbide burr set has 1/4" shank that includes 10pcs. The set is great for using on metal, steel, wood, welds, concrete and stone. They can be used for deburring, finishing, carving, and cutting almost anything needed. The set is nicely contained in a wooden box that is very nice. The set also comes with a set of free screw extractors that come in its own little case. If you are in need of a decent carbide burr set, I would recommend these easily compared with others that I have used.

This is a good set of thick, hard, shaping shanks. The price is kind of expensive. But, whoever decided to sell this has me fooled. It comes with a set of bit extractors, that I think will probably suck and not work, but since I saw them, I sensed some pleasantry. I sensed much more pleasantry when I saw the quaint little organizer box these come in. Nicely finished wood, reminiscent hinges and latch, like something you saw in your granddaddy's garage. Maybe they should've just sold this as a small wooden box, and then when you opened it you saw an unexpected set of carbide burrs, then ye would smile.

The Tiergs Carbide Burr set consists of 10 bits in a solid wooden box with brass hinges and latch.Using a cheap battery powered hand drill, I was able to carve volcanic basalt to create a secure pressure fit for LED light poles in a stone wall (see photos). At just a few hundred rpm, the job was slow, but results were smooth and clean, with no wear appearing on the bits. The basalt hardness is about 6 Mohs, while the carbide tips should be about 9 Mohs, which is ideal for just about anything but diamond. For more aggressive cutting and hole drilling in hard stone, I would happily use these bits with a heftier drill at higher speed, but remain confident that the Tiergs bits would withstand long-term use in such applications. At higher speeds, water may need to be applied at the cutting point to dissipate heat.

I was doing some metal work and having a slow time with removing excess aluminum. I figured I'd give these a try even though I didn't see aluminum listed in the product description. Anyway the bits worked brilliantly and made my job so much easier. I went through several pieces and didn't notice any degradation in performance. I'm thankful I found these.

I am not very experienced with milling bits but I can say that these work well and seem to be holding up well. I used them for slotting drilled holes in 1/2" steel plates and they did so fairly quickly and have not dulled

This set of carbide burrs was just what we needed to finish a project. They worked great. The box they come in is almost better than the burrs! My husband loves them and we're very happy with their performance.
