This makes it so much easier to clean out sewer by not having to dig it out each time.

This was perfect for my needs. Size was just what was needed both diameter and height. My only surprise was there were screws for the top but none for mounting the riser to the adapter ring. LLPT Butyl Sealant Rope Tape Diameter 3/8" x 16.5 Feet Putty went around the bottom of the adapter ring two times with some left over.

This product was top shelf. There was nothing about it you could complain about. Each piece fit together perfectly. Each mounting hole aligned perfectly. Installation with tapcon screws and sealing tape was abreeze. It was a pleasure to install this quality product.

These are fairly easy to install, just make sure you get several calking tubes of roof cement or a gallon bucket of it to make sure it's sealed to the top of the septic tank really well. You'll need a masonry drill bit and a bunch of tapcons to screw it to the concrete tank. These may not be the best looking part of your yard, but it makes accessing the tank super easy to wash the filter or pump the tank and will save you the added cost of having the septic pumping company dig to find the original tank hatch.

First, you can't beat the price found here and the quality of materials is very good. But, after reading many reviews and watching many YouTube videos about how "easy" it is to install these risers I found that, in my case, it was not as easy as it sounded. I had to install mine into holes about 2' deep that had bushes hanging over them and dirt crumbling into the holes so it was a challenge to get enough space and working area to "easily" install them. Then, there is no guidance on how to install the transition ring that the risers mount on to the cement septic tank. I tried Liquid Nails and that didn't work at all on one and was marginal on the other riser. I then used "Black Jack All-Weather Roofing Cement" that I found at Lowes for the tranisition base and as the sealant between the riser sections. However, this doesn't really firm up to lock in the base and it would shift around if stepped on, as I had to do.I ended up putting in 3 x 12" risers (36" total) and did get it all to work well but it would be much more helpful to have some clear instructions on what glue/adhesive/sealant/cement to use for the base and for the risers! I hope what I used won't fail over time. I know some people just lay the base on top of the cement with no adhesive used at all but in my case that would allow rainwater to filter into the septic tank and cause problems. I had hoped to strongly adhere the base to the cement septic tank but, in the end, it wasn't that strong of a seal and was still moving around, although filled with lots of roofing cement. Further, my septic tank was not an even surface and I had to try to patch in some cement filler to try to level it out before putting on the transition base. So, yes, I got it to work, and I'm happy with how it turned out but it was a lot more work than I expected that some clear instructions might have helped to alleviate.
