It only works on the well casing directly. There can be no well cap cover bracket installed or it won't work. I didn't look at the pictures well enough to notice.

This was the most inexpensive option I found that did the job. I installed 160' of 1-1/4" pipe with this and there were no issues.

This tool is a life saver and very easy to set up and use if you have a deep water well and the pump is hung on Poly line. This tool will not help you if you have metal and or very hard supply piping that will not take a curved bend. This tool is designed to work with Poly type / flexible pipe. We have 1 inch Poly pipe but this thing could manage up to 1 1/2 to maybe 2 inches in diameter Poly pipe max. With this tool you could easily pull the pump by yourself. This tool is a simple design made of 2 boat style tapered rollers to keep the pipe centered and very thick, I think 1/4 inch, brake bend plate steel that is professionally notched with a welded on nut and bolt to screw onto the casing. When you lightly tighten the bolt it takes up any slack and or movement between the notched cut out that slides over the inside of the casing and your outside well casing. Our casing is 6 inch. You could probably use this with smaller casing and you could definitely use this on a larger diameter.Once you get your Pitless adapter and or poly tubing lined up on the rollers I used 2 inch webbing strap to choke the Poly pipe and hook it to the back of our tractor. I slowly drove away pulling the pipe with ease as someone watched for the pump to surface. 380 some feet later the pump easily rode to the top without bending, kinking, and or scratching our Poly pipe in any way. Let me tell you this was so much easier than the last time me and 3 other grown men hand pulled this pump 25 years ago. With age and wisdom comes this devices to help us older folks out and save our backs. Work smarter not harder. This tool is a one time purchase in your lifetime due to how heavy duty the plate steel is and if the boat rollers wear out they are replaceable by removing the nut and bolt that holds them on. I rated this item at 5 stars and hope my long narrative helps to describe and or answer someones questions.

Pulled a 150’ deep well pump. My well sleeve is steel. If you have pvc we’ll sleeve.. May need to put a steel rounded shield under the restraint bolt for reinforcing. To avoid breaking your well sleeve.
