I loved the color monitor and the ability to set every tire independently. I used it with my motorhome and towed jeep by buying more sensors. it caught a tire overheating due to a brake grabbing and saved the jeep from major damage if not total loss. My new rig has built in monitors but I passed the system on to a friend who needed a good system. Highly recommend!

The system is easy to setup. Just follow the instructions. The real time monitoring can prevent costly damage go the rv from a blowout. I couldn’t tow without it now that I have it. Works perfectly. Make sure you use the signal booster.

Simple installation and remarkable results. I installed the tire monitoring system so that I could feel safe knowing the tires on my RV were within safe perimeters. After installing I took it on an 800 mile road trip and everything performed flawlessly. I was able to monitor each of the four RV tires temperature and pressures and without any connection issues. It gave me peace of mind and all the reviews saying this system performed better than other is 100% true. My truck already has a factory monitor system but if it didn’t I could have also added the monitors to the system. It’s important to know the pressure and temps in trailer tires to prevent a damaging issue before it occurs. This system provides that and with no loss in signal. The monitor display switches between tires and it rechargeable through a ubs cord or can stay hooked up to your usb port or with cigarette adapter. Price is reasonable for the quality and reliability of this product. I found the setup to be easy and you can also find many videos on YouTube to aid. Overall this company gets my vote and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

I bought this set to provide a TPMS system for our Tiffin Wayfarer RV. For whatever reason the Sprinter chassis that Tiffin uses as the RV base (3500XD) does not come with a built-in TPMS, although other Sprinter models apparently do.Easy to set up after reading through the instructions a a couple of times; when assigning the individual sensor codes to the control unit it helps to TOUCH the sensor to the control unit, not just have it sitting nearby. Installation was easy and the system has been working flawlessly ever since.

I’ve installed my TPMS on a Class C motorhome and Jeep JLU “toad”. I consider this an essential component for “situation awareness” on the road. I installed these on the 6 RV wheels (no internal TPMS from factory) and on my Jeep (which has internal TPMS for normal street driving). I had a set of four cap style senders that I used on the Jeep and effortlessly link to the newly purchased control unit. To decrease centripetal force you can remove the external dust caps and these senders will work fine. Aired up all10 tires for a short three night trip and cross checked readout with a dial-type tire pressure gauge and control unit and tested accurate. You can disable the toad sensors per the easy to understand operators manual when your not towing. Many will remove the senders from their driver if not towing it ( just mark the identifier number to know which tire the sender is linked with). Works great!

I purchased the TST-507 with 10 CAP sensors to cover my truck and trailer. At the time of purchase, they were just over $600 with the $55 coupon. Pricey, but so is a new wheel and tire and subsequent repairs from blowouts, so I felt the investment was justified.I have a dually truck and a 24' trailer with tandem axles (4 wheels). Based on other reviews we do not expect to need the repeater, however I will revisit this review if we do.NOTE: Be sure to follow the instructions IN ORDER for easy installation. They are easy to read, but I added some notes to the review that I thought would be helpful.Default setting is for tractor trailer tires (way too high) so the PSI & High/Low pressure alarms had to be set for my non-commercial equipment. DO THIS FIRST. Its nice they provide a guide to set the alarm levels - High alarm is 25% over PSI rating on tire, Low alarm is 10% under PSI rating on tire.Once that is done, refer to the graphic in the instructions (see picture) to determine which locations you wish to pair. I used a highlighter to color in the locations I was going to use. It came in handy during the pairing process. There is no right or wrong selections, just what makes sense to whomever is going to use the display. Make sure to identify the sensors using the supplied sheet of numbering labels. Now pair the sensors either using Option #1 (vehicle not needed) or Option #2 (vehicle needed). I had 9 sensors that paired with no issue using Option #1. The last sensor finally paired using Option #2.NOTE: When pairing a sensor, it is recommended to keep a distance of 2-3ft from the other sensors.Depending on your setup, some sensors are easier to install than others. If you are considering flow-through sensors, make sure you have metal valve stems and enough space to install them. The picture of my display is how it will look once all sensors have been paired, but not installed or in range. This is to show that ONLY THE LOCATIONS PAIRED will appear on screen. If you are missing a location, it did not pair. There are instructions to delete one location or all of them at once if you mess up or want a different setup.I checked the voltage on one of the sensor batteries before installation and they had depleted to just above minimum so I recommend bringing extra CR2032 batteries for the sensors.

The TST may well be among the best available. My rating is closer to 5 stars than 4, but I am not willing to give the product full marks.Lesser priced items had too many reported issues for my comfort level, and one I had purchased did not have the range required for use with a decent sized fifth wheel. I took the plunge on the TST. It worked fine right out of the box. Tire temperatures seem plausible. Tire pressures were mostly within a degree or so to other trusted sources, but one sensor seems to be off by a few degrees. Same with the tire pressures. While close within one PSI or so, not all sensors agree with a trusted calibrated pressure gauge. This does not make the system unusable, but is a little irritating at this price point. It'd be nice if they could be field calibrated.I did use the range extender and did not test operation without it. It can take a little time for the signals to be picked up but seem to hold well once acquired on a 35' trailer. It would be a lot better if the display be configurable to match the tires being monitored instead of having the generic and very busy display. This could be readily accomplished with some creative programming and perhaps a different more modern display. The display seems to work well enough and has good visibility in most lighting conditions.I would prefer the caps have a lower profile to further reduce chance of damage. Perhaps that would only be a serious concern in off road conditions.
