HOW TO INSTALL THE TPMS SENSOR

step1

Loosening the tire:

Lift your car, remove tire and the valve stem core to allow all the air to escape, then strip away the tire.

step 2

Dismount the sensor

  • Dismount the tire: Clamp the tire onto the tire changer, and adjust the valve at 1 o’clock relative to the tire separation head. Insert the tire tool and lift the tire bead onto the mounting head to discount the head.
  • Dismount the sensor: With a screwdriver remove the fastening screw and sensor from the Valve stem, then loosen the nut and remove the valve.

step 3

Mount sensor and valve

  • Mount sensor and valve: Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim.
  • Tighten the screw-nut with 4.0 Nm with the help of the positioning pin.
  • Assemble the sensor body against the rim and tighten the screw.

step 4

Mount the tire

  • Mount the tire: Place the tire on the rim, making sure that the valve faces the separation head at an angle of 180 degrees. Mount the tire over the rim.
  • Inflate the tire, check the balance before installing the wheel.

REMOVAL OF THE TPMS SENSOR:

1. Remove the screw that attaches the sensor to the valve stem and remove the sensor.

2. Using a standard tire valve stem tool, pull the valve stem through the hole and discard it. Use a rubber mallet or a block of wood to avoid damage to the rim.

Installation of TPMS Sensor:

1. Insert the new sensor through the valve stem hole making sure the flat side of the sensor is toward the rim.

2. Using a standard valve stem tool pull the stem straight through the hole until the valve stem is fully seated. To avoid damage to the sensor and the rim, use a rubber mallet or block of wood placed between the rim and the tool to make sure the valve is pulled straight.

HOW TO RELEARN THE TPMS SENSOR:

Need a tire pressure activation TPMS tool [ATEQ(VT41.VT46.VT56),AUTEL(TS408.TS508) etc.]

OBDII RELEARN

OBDII connector is required

1.Confirm TPMS sensors are properly installed

2.Adjust tire pressures to placard value

3.Activate TPMS Tool on left front tire sidewall next to the valve stem

4.Repear for RF/RR/LR tires

5.Apply OBD connector to DLC

6.Turn ignition to ON

7.Press OK on TPMS Tool to transfer data to ECU

8.Disconnect OBD connector from DLC

9.Turn ignition to OFF then ON

10.Drive for up tp 20 minutes

Yes, these put out the light on my Audi A4. I put all four in a lawnmower tire which I put in the rear hatch. Goodbye TPMS light!

They programmed very easily and integrated right into the vehicles TPMS system. The only thing I noticed is that they read 2 to 3 PSI low. I replaced one unit on my OEM rims and it shows lower pressure. I put a full set on my winter rims and because all are the same sensor there, then the vehicle TPMS shows all tires at the same pressure which is nice.Having one tire with these sensors and the rest having factory sensors makes it look like one tire is a bit lower pressure which it not actually correct. I have a high accuracy mechanical pressure gauge and the tire pressures are all exactly the same, OEM sensors read that correct pressure but these consistently read 2 to 3 lbs low.I would recommend that if you are using these sensors, then use a full set so the relative tire pressures are nice and even.

Purchased these to replace the sensors in a 2011 Toyota Camry that had gone bad. Purchased these to replace the original and went to a tire shop to install. They installed them. Reset the TPMS and the light still comes on. I would now have to pay them extra to take these out and return it which is another hassle and not practical. Very disappointing

UPDATE: I received the replacement sensor from the seller, after only 2-3 days of communicating with them. This seller is fantastic. Always communicating. Willing to help with any questions or issues. I have bought a lot of items on Amazon and rarely do I praise a seller. This time for sure. If you need TPMS sensors, definitely give this seller a look.Original review:I first want to say that I did have an issue with one of the sensors; however, I got in contact with the seller and they were professional and willing to send me a replacement. The sensors I did put in my car work as expected. I replaced the sensors myself, so it was easy for me to test the sensor prior to going through the labor process of putting them in. If you are buying these sensors and having a tire shop or similar put them in for you, then like with any product, I recommend you have the person installing the sensors to scan them first to make sure they are working as expected. That literally only takes about 30 seconds to scan and test all 4. Then, after installing them, they can be relearned into your car's ECU.Too many people go through the time and expense of having the sensors installed prior to testing them. As with any product, sometimes you get a defective unit. That is to be expected. "Stuff" happens. Have them scanned and identified first; prior to paying labor to install them. This is why I am giving this product and the seller a 5-star review. The sensors that worked, works great. The defective unit, I simply contacted the seller, gave them my address, and they are sending me a replacement sensor. Couldn't ask for better customer support.

One of the sensors doesn’t work so i had to pay extra to des mount and buy another sensor at the tire shop because if i would des mount all the set i have to pay for the 4 tires to be des mounted and will be more expensive and more work to be return to amazon. Not happy at all with product.

Everything about these tire sensors seems good after 1 week of use except they’re all 3psi off. Every tire gauge I’ve got says 38psi and the vehicle is displaying consistent 35psi. Not a big deal, but something in the manufacturing/calibrating these should change.

Best value for money. OEM so expensive why not buy cheap one that has good quality and functionality. Highly recommend this product!

Price is incredible, considering OEM costs $70+ each. Out of the box, all worked. That said, the battery of 2 of the units was discovered to be low on a professional TMPS checker. This would have been a huge problem, however upon connecting with Amazon, they arranged for another free 4 units so that when those two die, I have replacements. Thank you!
