HOW TO INSTALL THE TPMS SENSOR
Loosening the tire:
Lift your car, remove tire and the valve stem core to allow all the air to escape, then strip away the tire.
Dismount the sensor
- Dismount the tire: Clamp the tire onto the tire changer, and adjust the valve at 1 o’clock relative to the tire separation head. Insert the tire tool and lift the tire bead onto the mounting head to discount the head.
- Dismount the sensor: With a screwdriver remove the fastening screw and sensor from the Valve stem, then loosen the nut and remove the valve.
Mount sensor and valve
- Mount sensor and valve: Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim.
- Tighten the screw-nut with 4.0 Nm with the help of the positioning pin.
- Assemble the sensor body against the rim and tighten the screw.
Mount the tire
- Mount the tire: Place the tire on the rim, making sure that the valve faces the separation head at an angle of 180 degrees. Mount the tire over the rim.
- Inflate the tire, check the balance before installing the wheel.

Chevy dealer wanted $104 per sensor and that was without installation. . Just bought a 2015 Cruze for my daughter and the service TPMS error was displayed. Bought a $30 swan neck bar at harbor freight, and the $10 wake up tool. All four worked right away and were reading pressure. Looked just like ones on car. If they last I would rate 5 star.

Was weary of these. I don't write too many reviews. Im a mechanic. These had the same markings and casting print as the old ones except the GM printed symbol. Id think they are made by the same company they makes them in China for Schrader for GM. The date on them was 241105 so i assume November 2024. Anyway they programed properly and are working fine. So the Gm's were $80 each. Guess we see how long the battery's last. Overall so far looks like a great $ savings.

llegaron antes de tiempo, los sensores se adaptaron a mi equinox 2017, los llevé a una llantera desmontaron y montaron en 1 hora, solo no te los programan porque no tienen el programador, pero aquí te consigues uno por 150 pesos, yo lo hice y funcionan y marcan la presión, además se borró el testigo de falla en el sistema de monitoreo!! todo perfecto!! y a buen precio.
