This product is made from hardened steel and powder coated. This one is made to last and protect your 5th wheel or another king pin option. This is very easy to use and gives us the extra security of having our rig locked.

Solid but not too heavy. I think a theif will have a hard time breaking this hitch lock. I'd hate to lose my keys. Get extra keys from a locksmith as they're cheaper.

I was curious if this would fit my king pin as I have a pull rite hitch and was worried it wouldn’t fit properly due to the capture plate, but it did. So far so good.

I bought this device so I could replace an older collar type . The TFW80HD is made of steel and fits like a glove over the fifth wheel kingpin a lot better than the TFW50 witch is poorly made of aluminum and is so lose you can pry it off with a pry bar. You would need a torch to cut the TFW80HD off . Well worth the price to save your rig.

I purchased this for our 5th wheel RV that is stored on a lot about 25 minutes from our home! It seems very heavy duty and works smoothly and easily! Since no one has yet tampered wit( it, I cannot attest to how well it would work to thwart an attempted theft, but having it should deter all but the most insistent armed with heavy tools! Crossing my fingers!
