I got this SIM card to use for a trip to Portugal. I can’t activate it until I get there (or just before) so I’ll have to do a follow up to my review. I currently share 10 g of data with four other people over one month so this card should provide plenty of data for my one month trip.

Works well, just follow the instructions for activation a day or two prior so you can receive the QR code to scan for the esim. I had better network coverage in Spain versus ATT. Speeds are good

This SIM card did not work .. it arrived in a plain sheet of white paper printed in black and white, when we tried to set the card up there was an issue (it didn’t say what the issue was) I then received an email to correct the issue but they asked for too much personal information, and it seemed fraudulent, wanting me to follow links and scan QR codes sent to me via email. Not worth the troubles - very disappointed.

Just used it on my most recent trip. Can confirm it works and you get a european number emailed to you if you activate it 24h before using. Worked in the UK, France and Iceland. Easy to activate and setup, provided you do so before your trip.

We visited Paris and some of the areas just outside of Paris, and these SIM cards worked great for us. They were delivered to us at home, and the day before we left, I got online and activated them. In Paris, we inserted them in our phones and that's all it took. Although it doesn't have voice or text, we always had access to data. This allowed my family to communicate through Facebook Messenger, and we could search for things, use maps, listen to online guides at museums, etc. Family members with iPhones could also text others at home with iPhones. I'll definitely use these again next time I visit Europe.

DON'T BUY THIS!!!IT DOESN'T WORK!!My husband is traveling in Germany and upon arrival this esim should have been activated via email. Nothing worked. He spent hours with customer support and got nowhere. The phone number he was giving isn't even long enough to be a phone number. He has to wait for 15 minutes to even get a response for a text.And whatever customer support wants him to click isn't even on the screen!TOTAL BS! if I could they would get a negative star review.Unfortunately I can't even get a refund!!!

I initially gave this a low star review as I bought this 50GB expecting it to last 30 days and it stopped working after 15 days. I contacted customer service multiple times. I’ve changed my review because, when they did respond, they provided detailed instructions on how to solve the issue. They did need to address an error on their end and I did get service back on my device after a bit of back and forth. Ultimately that was the goal. Thank you.
