Activation is a bit tricky when connecting to security cameras. When I reached out to customer service they responded very quickly (like in minutes!) and activated the card. I also subscribed for monthly billing to “refill” data monthly… I didn’t realize they would start the billing immediately and not once the existing data was used… the site used to view data usage and subscribe are somewhat primitive and not exactly intuitive… but their customer service is easy and fast to work with. I’m pretty happy with the product.

I used this in a robot lawn mower to gain data access in a far away portion of my yard outside of wifi. For this purpose it worked great as very little data was needed. The activation was easy and the card had no trouble connecting to a network

I had a problem setting up the SIM card in my POC Radio. I sent them a few screenshots and they responded in less than 24 hours. They help me fix the problem. The card works great! It chooses the best service on the three major carriers, which is a great plus! I will be renewing this card.

Setup was easier either way the help of tech support. They were amazing. Connection is perfect (even in a rural area) I wish that I had done this sooner. Thank you, KiwiSIM!!! Excellent quality.
