I read several other reviews about how the activation number was damaged, but I believe it is user error. That being said, the company uses a sticky glue where the card meets the packaging. I took my time in removing this. The company should change where they place the card or use a weaker glue.The card worked as needed, you add it to the app as the directions state.

A few years ago I had a MiFi of a different brand. I had to pay an extra line fee to use it so I felt that I could get by without it. I'm with a different carrier now. When my wife of 51+ years was in and out of hospitals, rehab centers, and finally Hospice, I spent long hours just being with her. In two of those places, I could barely get any reception. So I bought this little jewel. It's great and needs no extra phone line. Buy it! You will like it.

Cards are very old and been in storage for a while/pin # is unreadable and good luck with custom support from company.never again.not happy$30 down the drain

I recently purchased the Solis US Pay-Per-GB Card 20GB, and I am extremely disappointed. The prepaid card was made out of paper and glued to the packaging in such a way that when I opened it, the number needed to register was completely removed. This made it impossible to activate the card and use the data I paid for.For a product that's supposed to provide convenience, this design flaw is unacceptable. They should avoid using glue on paper to paper or use another material to prevent this issue. I expected better quality and attention to detail, especially given the price. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable option.

You’ll play hell trying to get customer service from Solis. I was in a remote area in Greece and it just didn’t deliver as promised. On top of that the prepay card I purchased I had difficulty scratching the coating off and was unable to read the digit which made it useless. . I also brought this to the attention of Solis and where my queries went I’ll never know cuz I never received a response but I do know Amazon worked with me to return both items for credit which was a significant amount. The challenge was that the items had to be returned via UPS which was only in Athens. In short I carried back with me upon my return to the US and returned it to Amazon who then made things good. Also it was easier and a less expensive to use my T Mobile account to stream

Going out of country and the card I received the day before - the QR code paper rip and the ink is coming off. Could not use and Invalid cheap paper For a QR code. There was that sticky clear tab that is attached to the back so taking off the card rip so easily the code.I had to go online to pay again!
