We used those in our travel last year in Europe (my wife was in Estonia in business trip, then I joined her in Spain then Romania for vacation). Worked very well in all places. Also 10 GB for one month is more than enough for Internet browsing while travelling, and having data while exploring unfamiliar places is a huge advantage - at a fraction of the cost of roaming. Will buy again for our next multi-country trip in Europe.

Purchased 4 of these 12g 30 days sim cards for a recent trip to Europe where we visited the US, Spain, Portugal, France and England. We had coverage in all areas although at times depending on location it wasn't the greatest reception and was mostly 4g in most areas with the occasional 5g coverage. Overall I'm happy since my cell provider wanted to charge me 15 per day for coverage. Ouch!We had no issues sharing data through hotspot either.I will buy again for our next trip. Just remember to activate it 24h before your trip.

I finally was able to get this sim card to work in Europe, but the set-up process had so many steps that I couldn't explain to someone how I got this to work. the documentation that came with this sim card was wholly inadequate. I tested the sim in the USA and it seemed to work, but as soon as I got to Europe, it made me download an app... but the Catch-22 was that I needed the Sim card to work in order to download the app. Also, the app reported my available data as a percentage of 75 GB, but mu allowance was only 12 GB, so I had to keep doing math to figure out how much data I had left. The product worked, but the app and the documentation are terrible, and I suspect they are the reason this product has so many 1-star reviews.

Liked how we could use google maps with it. Kept us from getting lost. Will buy again if we travel abroad in the future. Easy to install. Used for local calls in the countries we traveled. Had trouble trying toset up hotspot with husbands phone, but that may have been phone related. Value for money was great. Could text family back in the states.

The SIM worked well. They activated it promptly. I had 2 complaints:1) They censor websites that are gun or hunting related. You cannot access them without linking a Credit Card to your SIM. Americans are not used to being blocked by foolish UK policies. I never have a problem with Italian SIMs.2) 10 GB is not enough data for a month, and there was no way to add more data to your SIM. I had to order a 2nd SIM for a 1 month vacation. And had to severely limit how much data I used.

I travel to Italy quite often and in the past would buy a local prepaid SIM on arrival for my stay which btw involves the local provider taking a copy of your passport. This year I opted for this service and it worked as a charm. Activated before departure placed SIM in an extra phone I had and turned on at arrival and, calls worked straight away, data as well but not the hot spot which required to contact Vendor to enable. Contacted Vendor via email and was rectified within an hour. Contacted vendor twice and responsiveness was within a few hours each time with accurate info and resolve so top customer service.FYI when calling local numbers you will need to put the country code of the country you are in before the number (Italy was 0039+ number) and worked perfectData coverage/ hot spot was perfect as well and we had coverage for the entire two weeks of our stay. Going to recommend to family and friends going forward.

Purchased 4 cards and used them across France, plus around Frankfurt airport. No trouble with install and startup in Paris. Everything worked fine except on one day in Paris the data service indicated presence but data transfers essentially stopped working on all cards in use; this applied across several very different locations in Paris. This data service problem continued on one phone/SIM card the next morning (other phones had no more problem), so I got support help from TSIM, which was good, though they had to forward me to Three support, and they were able to fix the problem; total time with support was about an hour or possibly two. No more trouble experienced after this. The service / SIM card changed networks occasionally, e.g. between Orange, Free, Bouygues, when service for the one currently in use was poor, and sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn't.

My parents went on a 9 day trip to see Europe so I bought them this SIM card to use. I had to activate it so I took the time to do that. Received an email saying that it’s all ready to go and received the phone number for the SIM card. My parents touched down in Europe and the card wasn’t working. They had to connect to the hotel’s WiFi to contact me, saying the card needs to be registered. So I registered it on the website but the phone number sent to me was not being accepted. I reached out via email and they gave me the proper number to use. Turns out you have to remove the 44 and replace it with a 07. How are we supposed to even know that? So I registered and get the green light a second time. All ready to go right? Wrong. SIM card is locked. I have to contact the provider to unlock it. By the time we get the SIM card working my parents will already be back from their trip, making this product nothing but a headache. Do yourselves a favor and just get an eSIM. You just need to set it up for the days you need it and just turn it on when you reach your destination. Don’t bother with this product, it’s more headache than it’s worth.

Great price for a 2 pack of these sim cards. However, one of the 2 cards stopped working after a few days. We were in Italy for 3 weeks. My travel companion started getting text messages saying that she was running out of data less than 2 weeks into the trip, which was not true at all, and then it just cut out completely. She had to buy another sim while in Italy for the rest of the trip. The card that worked was very good - good reception and 10GB of data was much more than I needed for the trip. It worked in Germany (airport stopover) as well, and I like that it had phoning and texting capabilites unlike esims or some sim cards bought in Europe.

We left the U.S. to go on vacation in Italy so we needed to have data down load capabilities. This SIM card worked from the time we landed in the aircraft, through out the 10 days until I shut off my phone in the aircraft to return to the U.S. My phone has the capability to store 2 SIM cards and switch back and forth simply in the phone setup menu so this SIM card was ideal for me.I would buy this SIM card the next time I travel internationally.

Gave it one star because zero was not an option. Bought their card for a trip to Romania and Germany. SIM would not connect in ANY city in Romania. Spent hours trying to contact seller via email with no response. Used the same phone with an Orange card the summer before and it worked fine. I spent two days in Germany on the way home and I tried it there, still no service. I even tried it in a friend' s travel phone and it still wouldn't work. Complete garbage. I was a slave of wi-fi the entire trip until I went back to ORANGE.

Got these for a 3 week trip to Europe. Activated them 2 days before we left the US. Within a short time, we had our UK numbers so we could share them with family. Switched over to them while we were in the air, and they were active as soon as we landed in Italy. No problems with calls, texts or data no matter where in the EU we went. Great value. Very happy with the company and product.

I traveled to Switzerland, France and Italy. The sim gave the comfort to browse, post, and search on internet while traveling in Europe. It was fast speed with reasonable price.
