We use this sim in a mobile wifi unit (Nighthawk M1). Works great for this. We were alerted that we had run out of data by SpectrumSim but accidently placed multiple orders for the wrong data plan. SpectrumSim was quick to respond and has told us that they will credit back the extra data packages. So far so good.

I was looking for a company to allow me to use my dash cam’s 4G LTE connection and this fits the bill on affordability and the coverage I need.I’m currently on a $10 month / 1 GB plan. This should be enough for my dash cam to upload to the cloud and to remotely access other thingsWhile setting it up was a pain (it’s because my dash cam couldn’t read the settings off the SIM), but finding all the APN settings on the provider’s website helped.Setting up my account was straight forward…enter your SIM card number, pick a plan, enter your debit/credit card details and off to the races.Everything is working fine on my end and seems to all meet my expectations.

I needed to install a couple of security cameras at a property in a rural area. I needed a strong reliable connection but one where I would only have to pay for the data I used, since I was only expecting a couple of security images a day and an occasional pick at the property. It was not worth setting up a cable or a fiber connection with such a limited data usage. After extensive online research, I came across this card that provided a perfect solution for me. It has a wide range of reasonably priced plans. Regarding the strength and reliability, since I was not sure, which network was the strongest in that area, I figured this card pretty much covers all of the main network options and it would pick the best one, and it did. I plugged it into a NETGEAR Nighthawk M6 Pro mobile hotspot (also from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CBSWB8L2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details). It worked perfectly. The Internet speed test showed "Your internet connection is fast". I hooked up a couple of wifi cameras (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CVX3F1KW) to the hotspot and the whole system has been working nicely since then. I had a slight issue activating my SIM card because the verification email ended up in the "Promotions" folder rather than in the main inbox. Before I realized it, I contacted the customer service and they replied instantly addressing my issue. To summarize, to my surprise, there were no issues with the setup and everything worked as described and how I imagined it. So, well-deserved 5 stars.

This is a data only sim; no voice. Works very well. I use this with a Netgear MiFi to replace the defunct WiFi tech in my car so my car’s live data navigation works. I also can connect other devices to the MiFi. While in use, I’ve seen it connected to T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon in Houston. I tried it for a month for $10 for 1GB, then I extended my plan to 12 months for $60 for12GB. Very cost effective! There are more than 10 plans available. To activate: 1) Follow instructions for your device to determine the correct size you need to trim the sim to, and 2) follow the instructions on spectrumsim.com for your device to activate it on your device. And their customer service is great, they responded within 24 hours as promised. I contacted them because I wanted to switch plans after my first one ended, and they gave me precise instructions which worked the first time.

I have these SIM cards being used in a handful of jobsite cameras I have for construction projects. Overall for the price I feel the value is great. I did the 12g yearly plan it was maybe $60 and I haven't come close to using it yet. I am not recording all motion - using more to check on crews on jobs when I can't be there - but even if you recorded at night I think you'd be in good shape. Customer service is email only which I'm not a big fan of, but they emailed me back same day with a question I had and were very responsive. Will continue to use on all future cameras.
