I purchased this stool fours years ago and love it. It is a durable, compact chair that is light weight for those that work outdoors or spend a lot of time outside. It s made to pack up and travel with.

Seems to be sturdy. I'm 6'6" weigh 250 and the seat is really to small. However, I got it for short duration use and it's doable. Definitely not for long periods.

I use this chair outside mostly in my garden or just to rest when I get tired. It is light weight and dependable and stores easily. During the winter I bring it in and place it where I might need to rest or sit while I clean a closet.

I am 6 foot 2 inches tall, about 200lbs and I like the height of this chair. It's very sturdy. I trust it not to break at all with my weight. I could imagine it handling 400lbs but your boys down there would have you for it. It needs a solid ground to not collapse together and crush your nuts into you. Do not try sitting down quick on this in the sand or soft dirt. It works great. Light weight ish....good quality build and it's looking like I'm gonna be backpacking with this chair for a few years.

Perfect! I do light hiking and photographing and am always on unusual terrain. I also have a bad back and may need to sit at unexpected times. The travel chair slaker is light, has an adjustable strap but is very sturdy, I'm on the light side of 215 pounds and it supported me well and easily. Th lightly larger than normal feet have been great on dirt, gravel and sandy ground. The rip stop seat material is very strong and comfortable, the legs are steel and the chair easily folds up to carry and is quick to open to sit.

This little tripod chair stool is very well built and sturdy! I am 6’8” and exactly 275 lbs, which is the maximum recommended weight for this chair. I cautiously used this as a chair for the first time yesterday. Prior to yesterday, I only used it as a foot stool to elevate my foot after having recent surgery. The chair is quite comfortable and strong. I love how it doesn’t “threaten to quit” or move while I sit on it. I was concerned about sitting on it due to the failures of higher weight-rated chairs in the past. Those concerns quickly vanished as I felt the strength of this chair beneath me. The large duck feet helps with its stability and to keep it from moving unnecessarily. It’s very easy to set up, break down and stow away. At 1.9 lbs, it’s ultra-portable. It’s easy to carry around and it takes up little room in your vehicle. Considering that this chair was built to last, the price point is more than reasonable. I just wish they offered more colors, but I certainly cannot take away a star for that. Bottom line: I’m thoroughly happy with my chair and I’m planning to buy another to keep in the house to handle tasks close to the floor.

I bought this stool to keep in my car for those times that I have to stand in line for more than 20 minutes, .like renewing my Drivers and Health cards at Motor Vehicles office. One Reviewer complained that the leg broke through the fabric. This worries me (I'm a senior) because I may only use this stool once or twice a year if I have to lineup for long period of time. If it breaks while using it I could be injured.I'll update this review after I've used it in the next week or two.The photos are to give you an idea of the size and height compared to an armchair.

This little stool is just what I needed. I am training 1 year old schnauzers and the 2 of them are very reactive. We must sit and watch many things for long periods of time. I have to be able to sit anywhere, whenever they decide that there is something we need to train through. The stool is very portable, easily sets up and allows me to carry it while walking 2 reactive dogs. I am female and weigh 121 lbs and I'm 57 years old. This stool should hold up to 275 lbs. I'm not sure a 275 lb person would be comfortable on it. The seat seems to be built for a smaller frame, but I guess that's for someone else to decide. It has 3 legs and sits like a tripod. One of the legs' top post would be between yours. I guess it would be somewhat comparable to a bicycle seat. When bending over, moving around on the seat, the legs and feet sometimes move a bit. It allows me to shift around and adapt my position while training my dogs , but one could tip over. I think it would be great for fishing, sports events, camping, a place to eat a snack and rest while hiking and now...dog training. That being said, I love it! I think it's comfortable, light to carry and very portable. It has a shoulder strap to carry. Handy little seat for anywhere.

I got this chair because I was going to a comicon type event and standing for hours in line or sitting the floor is pretty uncomfortable. I figured it would be compact enough to carry it in a backpack and light enough I wouldn't break my back carrying it. Well I'll tell you it worked great for why I got it. It saved me a lot of foot pain at those moments I needed it. It's incredibly solid but it takes a little time to figure out how to sit on it comfortably. The 3 points on it can dig in a little bit but once you figure out how to sit fairly comfortably then you're set. It could use a little padding on the points. It did fit in my backpack but stuck out enough I smacked it into several people but it was so crowed I think it would have been hard to avoid. All in all, perfect for what I needed it for. I thought about entitling this big bottoms beware but it wasn't so bad in the end so I'll go with perfect in a pinch.

I bought two of these chairs for a recent trip to a convention, whose long waits in line were the norm. I'm approx 6'1-240lbs so not on the smaller side. I used this chair for 50 hours in a 72 hour span. While not the most comfortable chair ever made, for the amount of time I used it, I have to say this is a great design in its compact and storage versatility, and surprisingly comfortable. I now keep them in my car ready for any type of activity where sitting is preferable than standing. You can insert your own activity here. The size make this easy to grab when in doubt, and has often served as a life saver. Easily stored and low-profile. Almost no bigger or heavier than an umbrella. You will not complain taking it with you and will be rewarded by being rested and comfortable when you get up. If you carry a small inflatable pillow to sit on, you can really extend your comfort with this chair.Pros: Surprisingly sturdy but very light which means not thinking twice about taking it. The price is also very reasonable.Cons: Must be placed on sturdy footing or risk falling over. Can be said for any chair but the small footprint makes this more relevant. No back support means you will notice you don't have back support when you get up.Overall: This is a very affordable, surprisingly comfortable, and travel friendly chair, as such, I can recommend! If you found this review helpful, please vote "yes" below!
