Product arrived quicker than expected.With the provided cushion it’s actually pretty comfortable and extends to a decent enough height.The only negative is the carabiner. It’s basically useless as there is no tension or spring loading so the latch just flops open when it feels like it.Other than that it’s a pretty good unit.

My partner and I spend a lot of time in nature, and this is so lightweight and portable that we can bring it anywhere. We even brought it on a river float to sit on at the end while we waited to get picked up (I hooked it to my inner tube with a carabiner and it just floated along with us).It's durable and easy to operate, and you can set it to multiple different heights, but I will note that it is easiest to set it at its highest height; lower heights can be done but it may be difficult to get it exactly where you want it.The carrying strap is adjustable, which is great for either carrying on your shoulder or attaching to a backpack or other gear. The stool locks shut, so it won't open while being carried.As the top is flat, we also frequently use it as an outdoor table while sitting on regular lawn chairs.My only complaint is that all the styles only come with the one cushion and there are no options. White stars on a blue field don't exactly go great with neon rainbow. We honestly don't use the top at all because we dislike its aesthetic.Overall, 9/10 with point deducted for the cushion. Would be 10/10 if it came with something that looked good with it. Would also love to see it in a weather-safe carrying bag like nylon instead of the soft fabric one it came with.

10/10 this thing is amazing! Even came with a cushion and carrying bag! I have health issues and can't stand long this thing will help me out so much and is so compact I can carry anywhere! Very strong and sturdy, great price! Very easy to use!

I don’t Freakin love this thing. A heavy individual raved about this so I grabbed a couple for the kids. Collapses and extends easily. My 6 year old can’t do it though. Holds adults. Can clip to bag via carabiner or worn as cross body with the sash that is attached to the seat. Comes with carry bag but it doesn’t work well. You gather it on one side but won’t work well with the carabiner. Also comes with a pad for the top. It’s about 3 mm thick so no big cushion for the booty butt.Great at Disney while waiting in line forever! And at parks when no seating available. Person that referred them to me has COPD and uses to sit when she gets winded while out and about. Highly recommend.

Bought in July 2020. Used mostly around house for 3 years. It broke today. I ended up on the floor with my legs folded under me. It was difficult to get up or even straighten my legs because I have a bad knee. Fortunately I was able to slowly unfold my legs and then lean on something nearby to get up. The one issue with these stools is that they cannot take angular pressure. The force has to be downward. Because I accidentally sat slightly off center, the stool tilted and from there collapsed. Also because of the force direction, you do NOT want to use one of these on a non-level surface. I'm not sure if I'll buy another. The light weight, the portability, and the vertical strength are great features, but you do have to be careful.

I have got this to aid me getting off my Harley as age is making me less agile. I got a tank bag to house it whilst riding. I think this will prove very useful for this and many other uses too.

I bought this to use when I go to conferences so that when I have to be in a long line, or there are no seats left in meetings, I can whip it out and sit down. It is easy to expand and it locks in place easily enough. It also has a seat cushion that helps to provide more comfort. I am a pretty good sized person, so it needed to be able to handle my weight, and it does that perfectly. It folds up just as easily and fits into the carrying case which is a snug fit, but still works. It works well for me.

I bought a different one of these a few weeks ago (I needed it to be delivered sooner and this one couldn't get to me in time), but picked up this on a lightning sale. It had a higher rating overall so I figured it had to be a good deal, particularly since it was much less expensive.Having not brought it out in the field yet, so to speak, I'm already not imjpressed.It's difficult to open - I have to tug on it several times each time before it "telescopes," and I have not yet been able to close it completely on the first try - one of the layers always hangs up.Additionally, when open, it doesn't feel solid. I can fairly easily push in on the layers.The first one of these I purchased I was able to open completely on almost the first try and it closed easily the first time as well. The layers were solid and didn't give when I pushed in.I'm taking this one out shortly just to give it a field test - if it works out, I'll update. But right now, I'm seriously considering returning it.Just not feeling very confident in the quality at all.UPDATE - had enough of trying to open and close it without fighting. Back it went. Don't waste your money.

I bought this for sitting outside playing guitar and for doing my photography. It is smaller than I pictured it which is nice. I can port it to my favorite spot for photographing Eagles. It is lightweight and solid. I will say it is a hard stool and not built for comfort. It is a portable stool, not a Lazy Boy. But that isn't what I wanted it for.
