These sheers are a great addition to the emergency kit I keep in my car. They feel very sturdy and folding/unfolding is easy. As a test, I cut some scrap fabric and they performed better than my dedicated fabric sheers. I did not test the ring cutter or seat belt cutter, but judging by build quality, I'd expect them to do their job if ever necessary. I plan to get a few more of these to stash in various drawers and backpacks.As an aside, they appear to fall within the TSA guidelines for having them in a carry-on. Their rule (at the time of writing) is that scissors are allowed if the distance from hinge to end is less than 4 inches. If I get a chance to try this, I'll come back with an update.

These folding EMT shears are identical to the Raptor product made by Leatherman. They can cut through a penny, they have the ring cutter, seat belt cutter and window breaker. There's also a oxygen wrench and ruler, so they are quite versatile. They do have a pocket clip, but I would have preferred the belt sheath. Overall it's a very high quality product and I have added it to my daily carry.

This is a nice knockoff of the Leatherman Raptor. This scissor is very nicely made of stainless steel. The handles fold so that you can pack it easily. It has heavy blades that cut through clothing and leather. In addition there is an oxygen tank wrench and seatbelt cutter on an additional blade. I think that this would be a good addition to any first aid kit. It's much less expensive than the Leatherman as well.

What a great tool! EMT scissors that are foldable and sharp. Comes with other tools such as seatbelt cutter and glass punch. I keep it in my car and stow it in my backpack for camping

I couldn't justify buying a brand name one of these because of the high price, so I'm happy that this is well made with nice fit and finish - a satin finish to be precise. Everything fits and moves well without slop at the joints, which helps it cut well. The seat belt cutter is really sharp, too. And the handles rotate easily in and out of place.The only con is that the handles are a bit thin which can make them less comfortable to use than some other shears I have, but I'm happy to have these now and I can toss some of the sloppy lower quality shears out.

As a home care nurse who uses scissors a lot these are very durable. Great value for the money and has cut through all bandages so far!
