This is a staple on my nursing bag! It might be heavy but it is worth the hype. I love how solid and durable it is, safety is a big concern and it does not disappoint. It folds up so it can also be a conversation starter and it just helps me scare jerks whenever they are rude to me. For me, it has a value for my money. I can cut through rubber, paper, cloth and plastic in such an easy way.

I bought these for work and I keep them on my belt. They don't weight too much. They are very durable. And the tools included are well designed. They work amazing and keep a sharp edge even after using them for about 6 months so far. They work 10x better than the shears my service stocks in our ambulance. Haven't used the ring cutter yet, but I've tested it on some coins, and it went through them like butter. The seatbelt cutter worked great the few times I've used it. My only gripe is the plastic holster it comes with. It really only fits larger belts, and I don't like that it clips onto belts. It would be better if it had a closed loop design. It's held into place by a single screw, so I guess if you had access to a 3D printer, you could fashion your own. These shears save me a bunch of time and headache on the job, and I would recommend these to any firefighter or EMS. I've never owned a pair of Letterman Raptor Shears, but I've compared these to my co workers who have Raptor Shears. Based on that it seems like these are nearly identical for a fraction of the price.

I did not expect these scissors to be so durable.When I got them I was expecting them to just be a cheap throw away version of the more expensive brands.I tested these scissors by cutting various materials from paper to metal wire, and even cut through pvc pipe like it was butter.They are sharp and retain their edge despite what you cut I'm assuming due to the design of how it cuts.It's super portable since it folds up and overall it's performance is excellent.I'd say this is well worth the money.

Not optional. A must for the first-aid kit. Strong, easy and quick to deploy. Orange is my favorite color.I lost my first pair to TSA because of the glass breaker. I purchased another pair as soon as I got home.Scissors are ok with TSA. If I try it again, I will will have them unfolded so they are less likely to be noticed.

I work on a ski patrol in some pretty harsh conditions. The name brand of these is what everyone typically carries, however after having these that will all change. These are every bit the hard working tool that 120 dollar ones are. I don't know about the holster, I just keep them folded in my vest zipper pocket, so I haven't used the holster....great product.
