Product does its job while closed. However, when I open it, the straps fall to the ground frequently. I’ve tried adjusting the straps multiple times, but it still happens. Nothing more fun than having to hug a dirty outdoor trashcan to reposition. There Are better ones out there.

I wanted something to keep my recycles in place on windy days. There have been times the cart tipped over in the wind. Not wanting my recyclables to blow out of the cart, I looked for something to keep the lid closed. This works well!
