I have been searching for moisture meters for quite sometime now, this one by far is the easiest to use, just press down on the concrete and your reading is there.

Great for taking a number of readings in rapid time. No drilling or difficult prep.Yes, it is not cheap, but it is a precision device. The results might have some costly decisions based on, so what is that worth?
