Love these gloves. 8 mile trail run, 28deg 10 mph wind. I really like the ability to use fingers to take photos, switch music, etc. Was also able to keep the gloves on the entire run by peeling the fingers back. Much easier than taking gloves on and off. I would definately recommend. Run slightly large.

What I was looking for. I tend to run hot, so I wanted a glove that wasn't too heavy. A friend recommended I try a convertible pair so I could adjust my temperature without wearing too many layers, or having to carry my gloves mid-way through the run. This pair is perfect. If I am just walking around, or warming up I find I need the mitten. Once I'm running I often flip it back.

I tried 10+ different pairs of gloves with removable thumbs in a Buffalo blizzard and these were one of the 2 pairs I kept. Really with they had magnetic folding for the main mitten but otherwise great. Stretchy enough you can wear touch screen thin gloves underneath for added warmth

Nice running gloves. I like having the pocket on the back of the hand to hold the mitten flap in place so it doesn't get in the way. Unlike other convertible mitts I have had, you actually tuck the mitten flap forward, towards your fingers, to fit into the pocket, instead of pulling it backwards. I like that quite a lot because when it's worn as a mitten the pocket is completely invisible.

A real head scratcher here. I previously bought the trailheads "convertible mittens". They were great. I accidentally left them at a race aid station. When ordering again, I got these which are titled "insulated" thinking maybe it was a warmer version. These cost more, but they were inferior in every way. Not as warm, the thumb cover is too small and doesn't fit well over the bottom portion, leaving an exposed gap, and there is no pocket to hold the mitten portion when you have it open - they just flop around. The cheaper version had none of these problems. Yet this version costs 40% more. Do not buy these, buy the ones titled simply "convertible mittens".

These are nice and warm... the added magnet to hold the thumb up when not using as mittens is nice, but there should also be a magnet to hold the other rest of the fingers as well. That would make it 5 stars.
