bought these for my son-in-law to use for snowmobiling. He loves them. Uses them for everything. Especially likes that there are finger holes inside the mittens making them more comfortable and warm. Great purchase for the price and the size is perfect.

I buy a pair each year for winter chores. It takes a bit to relearn how to manipulate things wearing these chunky mittens. I do carry lighter weight gloves in my pockets that I switch to when tying hay bags, etc

When I tell you I cried the first time using these, I’m not kidding. I have lived near the lakeshore in Michigan for 10 years. My Raynaud’s pain worsens every year. I have had MANY pairs of gloves/mittens. I’ve had 3-4 pairs of super expensive ski mittens and many in between. Even the “best” ones I’ve owned, I’m usually at about a 2 out of 10 for pain and I’m happy with that. I just used these for the first time in 20 degrees with whipping wind and NO PAIN. I came inside from farm chores crying and my husband assumed it was Raynaud’s pain. I said “I HAVE ZERO PAIN AFTER CHORES”!!!!I didn’t realize when i ordered that they had separate finger compartments inside, and that worried me at first, since mittens are usually way warmer than gloves because the fingers are together. But these babies are amazing. I’m ordering another pair to keep in my van!!!

I was looking for replacement of my leather driver gloves as they have holes in them and when it’s below 30F my fingers are cold. New gloves were supposed to be warmer and comparably dexterous to my old pair. Two days later I’m happy and would buy them again. They keep my hands warm while driving at -5F or cleaning the driveway from snow (5F). While sledging outside for two hours at -2F I needed knitted liners. The outer material is soft and doesn’t slip. This makes steering the wheel or working with shovel easy. The inner Sherpa lining is thick enough to keep the warmth in and thin enough so I don’t loose hand dexterity. The lining forms a glove, not a pouch. This means they won’t be as toasty as regular mitts, but you’re not loosing finger dexterity, which I find really great. The product is sold by “U.S. family owned business”but is China made. While the statement is not wrong I find it a bit misleading - I mean if you tell a story don’t leave out the details. That’s the only reason I’m giving it 4/5

I've only used these a few times, but they are very warm, fit great, and seem to be of very high quality. I have not tried them in sub-zero, but for the 15-20 degree weather we have, these are wonderful. The glove inside the mitten is fantastic. I'm just between a large and extra large and these fit just right. If you have extra-large (men's) hands, I might buy a size up.
